We stayed here in the mid of May for two nights. Very clean room and friendly staff. Free wi-fi. The guesthouse nearby subway, about a minute walk. Other rooms in the same building seem not clean but it is okay if you dont mind the environment outside. The owner upgrade our room from four person room to be for the five one. I recommend this guesthouse to the one who within the budget.

horrible. imagine we booked a room at the 10th floor and they dump (literally) us at the 3rd floor of mirador mansion which was right in front of the dumpsite. room was small, bathroom was disgustingly small and no wifi because the ownder gave the password to the non-existent wifi which was located at the 10th floor. what a big help!

no fuss, budget friendly stay

the hostel was quite good enough if you will spend most of your time outside. i used to stay at marco polo prince and the park before and i can say there is really a big difference in comfort. security wise i guess the hostel is good enough. i mean we have not lost any of our things inside when the room was made up every morning when we left. the toilet/bathroom is quite small but you have no other business in there except take a shower and do your private thing so its okay also. the location i could say is great because the moment you step outside of the building your on for shopping and the likes. the metro is just a few steps away. k-11 mall is also nearby. quite a good deal. recommended for thrifty traveler.
Restaurant Tip:
if you are on a tight budget and want only to explore TST, Cafe de Coral is recommended. Great meals (well for me) with a selections of your choice at affordable price.

just nearby tourist spots and mtr

it was unexpected tour thats why we were not able to stay in this hotel...but my friend told me who had stay there is very nice and clean guesthouse and this is just nearby mtr where it is easy to wherever you want.

nearby mtr and ferry station just a minute walk...
