we didn't get complementary water on the 3rd nights but it's great that the hotel haven't charged for 2 kids. And we thought there'll have freezer on the refreigerator but they didn't have so we have to finish 4 cups of ice cream.

Worth every dime
The hotel has good interior design it was very clean as well. The staff are very attentive and most of them knows how to speak in english. The location of the hotel is near many local restaurants.

It was the least stressful stay I ever had .
No fuss check in and check out; the staff were very attentive and prompt; Concierge service was great.

The stay was very good and pleasing. The staff from reception to housekeeping to floor duty supervisor and duty manager were very attentive and prompt. The rooms may not have so much space but was very comfortable, clean and complete. If one is familiar with the vicinity, one can walk and enjoy one's self.

Great hotel if you are out & about all day

Rooms were small with nowhere to put suitcases or unpack so only suitable for a few days stay. 10-15 mins walk from main shopping area and public transport. Only had breakfast in hotel which was acceptable but not very varied. It was included in price of room so wouldn't have paid extra for it.

Free Shuttle every 1 hour to Mongkok...but oneway only, it's a big problem to come to hotel to rest. Imagine 20 minutes walk to hotel from mongkok MTR, assuming you didn't get lost. Taxi are often full. Hotel stay advisable for those going to disneyland and oceanpark. As it's 7 minute walk to Olympic MTR station. We have a pleasant stay at Rosedale. The hotel is very clean, new & model designed. We have managed to get flash deal stayed 6 nights at executive room which inclusive breakfast , free wifi & daily newspaper. Staff is very helpful, friendly. Shuttle bus provided to several location

This hotel is just abt 5 - 7 min away from the Olympic station. There are small restaurants around that servce good local food with a foodcourt just across the road. You can walk to a local supermkt within 3min from hotel. Nearby, there is a New Kowloon Plaza which is a shopping complex. It is very convient, if you need anything anytime.
