Lovely Hotel and great service

very nice hotel and its located in the centre of the city.
it is convinence as there are many shops around the hotel. right next to central by mtr. easy to get to the bars and most exciting entertainment/ bars in the city.
also great customer services and nice room.
although the room is a bit small and out of fashion, it is clean and comfortable.

Staying in this hotel is very nice, because it's cheap, good service and easily accessible by various means of transport in hongkong. I've been staying at this hotel and for me to be subscribed at this hotel there was no single incident that makes us upset. My advice for those looking for a hotel that is relatively inexpensive and good fare, then this hotel could be the first choice.

Horrible rooms! Don't worth the money! Small rooms

We have stayed here after our hotel Harbour Grand Kong Kong took fire. So we picked this hotel from agoda just because it looked nice on web and tought that worths for 2 nights...buuuut it dosen't!
Has small rooms,smells horrible and the internet it works hard and if your room partner use it, on your phone/laptop won't work at all. So keep away from this hotel!
Harbour Grand Hk or Intercontinental has stunning rooms!

glad that they upgraded us to suite.
the hotel is located strategically in the hot shopping area - Causeway Bay. The rooms are though small, it is clean and tidy. The only drawback I found was the difficulty in catching a taxi! The best way of transport is to use MTR, which is just a five minute walk to the nearest station.

this is my second stay and i am not impressed again. good location but everything else is below the expectation for such price. i was given a non-smoking room with really bad smoking smell, then i was given a smoking room by mistake when i requested a new room for bad smell! and it was ok. very small rooms, and some out dated or non-functional amenities. gym is a joke. will not stay again.

rosedale is an aging hotel but still clean and acceptable. it is close
to the causeway bay shopping precinct but is still a 5min walk.
the room was reasonable sized by hk standards and even had its own separate tv room - much like a typical service apartment.

I used to live in Causway Bay some 50 years ago. The stay at Rosedale brought back some fond memory. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Causway Bay where you can shop till you drop. It is only minutes of walking to the MRT station, very convenient. Wouldn't mind to book here again when we have a family reunion in November this year.

Courtesy shuttle bus to the show, free Wi-Fi, many places to eat around the area, 10-minute walk from the MTR station.

we usually stay here when we are attending shows because they have courtesy shuttles every morning. this helped us save some traveling time. there are also many places to eat around the area. at night, you can also walk to the shops and do some shopping.
Restaurant Tip:
Fruit Paradise right across the alley is a good spot for breakfast if you like light meals and healthy stuff.
