hotel room is very small but clean and tidy. housekeeping service need to improve as i request room clean for more than two hour but still no one come and help.
check out service is fast and good.

rosedale on the park hotel is great for family vacations! it's conveniently located in hong kong's busiest shopping district - causeway bay. it's a few minutes walk to the shopping malls.. so no complaint from my toddler there. the only complaint i can give is that the rooms are small.. but all rooms in other hotels in the area are small. nonetheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is very accommodating. great value for its price.

Travel tip:
Get airport train ticket from the counter not the machine. They sometimes have special
offers for two or mor tickets. Managed to get tickets for HK $ 160 each way.

I found the location of the hotel is very good. It is located near a large park and peaceful. I guess it is particular so in place like Hong Kong.
It is also convenient. Main shopping areas are not too far away. It is withing walking distance.
This is also true for dinning. I guess food is really not too far away in most of Hong Kong.
The room is comfortable enough but could be larger.

This hotel was very close to the Causeway Bay MTR station, which made it convenient for getting around. The staff was friendly; however, I wish the concierge were more knowledgeable and fluent in English to be able to assist with my questions and provide recommendations. The rooms were clean, but very small. Overall, I liked staying at this hotel and would stay again.

Small room but decent location
The hotel room is clean and is about a 10 minute walk from causeway bay station.

I initially didn't know much about the hotel before I came here except that it's by Causeway Bay. The hotel has been pretty much what I expected and the concierge is helpful when I've asked for directions to nearby places.
