the hotel is good, but the room is too small, so we upgrade to junior suite is much better, but the bed is still queen size bed

Nice and cosy
a quick walk to mtr station and major shopping area

the hotel is located in causeway bay, home to a series of shopping brands and restaurants, which is great fun to hang around. room is relatively small, mainly to international standard, but i presume it is a norm in a place like hk where every single inch counts. on the positive side, albiet the size, the room is clean and well-equiped so not much i could fault them.

very nice and clean hotel, near mtr, great staff!
loved breakfast buffet for only 88hkd!

our flight was delayed more than 2 hours and we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. but when the porter greeted us and immediately assist us with the luggage, i was relieved. front office staff were very helpful with our inquiries, since this is our first time to be in causeway bay. i love their breakfast buffet which is very reasonable for its price. rosedale will always be on my first list if we will travel to hk again.

Adequate hotel with tired looking furniture

Booked a Junior Suite but was told upon check in that my reservation was for a Superior room and staff insisted that they were the ones who upgraded me and not in fact that I paid for it. Booked a junior suite because there were 3 of us. Size was the only thing rather impressionable about the hotel, maybe because I was in a suite. Design and condition of the furniture looks very tired, time for at least a refurbishment! Location of the hotel is abit hidden, had to walk quite abit after being dropped by the free shuttle bus from the airport. Don't think I'd choose to go back to the hotel again if I had a choice.

we had a hard time looking for the place bec it's not located on the main road .
the price is too high due to peak christmas season, and we found out that the room was too small , not so comfortable.
but the hotel service is ok , they will also reply whatever inquiry of the customer.

Generally, the hotel is luxuriously presented and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The concierge are very accommodating but the front desk treatment are not that hospitable. The staff charged my credit card as insurance for 2 nites despite our stay for 3 nights are already prepaid thru agoda. I was questioning the process because in my other hotels I stayed, they just let me sign the charge slip without any amount and tear it after my stay but in their case was opposite. I was asking for the staff the slip and she said that they need it to reverse the charge. It was a risk on my part but I have to leave with a doubt. The hotel is very far from MTR station and the bus stop is around the block. The hotel shuttle brought us at the back of the hotel on our arrival and we were wondering where the hotel was being first timer in the area. Anyway, the whole stay was satisfactory but tiring every night we go back to the hotel. The room though was complete with amenities as indicated in their website.
Shopping Tip:
TST was the best area still if you are shopping. HK island needs a lot of long walk to get to shopping malls.

Nice hotel with good english speakers

The room was quiet small for us but it's ok coz it's clean.
Their wifi sometimes doesn't work that well.
Travel tip:
I was just really disappointed when the free shuttle bus did not send us directly to the hotel, he left us at regal hostel which is closer, it took me 15 minutes to figure out where's rose dale hotel coz everythime I ask, nobody speaks English and nobody knows where rose dale hotel was. we had to turn around all the way to the back just to get to the hotel carrying out very heavy luggages, it was such an effort finding the hotel.

Great location but small rooms
The rate of the hotel is not very expensive, great location also.

Great location, staff should put on more smile.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff with Well manner. But staff should put on more smile at all time, when attending or serving customers.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are some other places we did not attended yet.

Remember to tell the airport express bus driver to alert you for the stop at the Rosedale Hotel
If you don't, the driver will just pass the stop
Great location and close to Causeway Bay area
Rooms were bigger than your normal asian standards
