Overall is okay. I used to stay here many times... before is much better and quite dirty though.
We found cockroaches in the room!

I will never forget my stay here at Rosedale. After staying at different hotels in Hong Kong, I am very happy to have experienced the excellent location because it is only a walking to Sogo, Times Square, other shopping places. MTR is so near. Will definetely come back and stay at Rosedale.

i had a good stay at the rosedale on park hotel. the hotel is conveniently located nearby mtr station. the room was clean and spacious. the bed also very comfortable. i had a good stay and the service was very good. also can use the free wifi in the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The landmark is one of the better high end shopping malls in Hong Kong. They have all the big brand names and on the upper floor there is a 360 degree store. They sell healthy food and drinks for relatively low prices.

this hotel is good only for those who don't stay in the rooms during the day because there is construction site nearby with heavy noise of rock-drill. all others gave me good impression - rooms are spacious enough and hotel staff is polite. very good for this money.

it's my first stay at this hotel. the hotel is located in a small lane, but walking distance (10 mins.) to causeway bay subway station; very close to hong kong main shopping area. though the room is a little small and not so new, the linens and towels were new and clean, and that's important!! we had the front desk help with the airport pick-up call when checking-in and when we check-out, the airport pick-up was there. we'll stay here again next time! highly recommended for a budget hotel close to shopping area in hong kong.

The experince is okay. The hotel is located not far from the hotel, about 5 minutes walk. Easy to find restaurants nearby. The service facilities are provided in timly manner. Besides, the sheets are clean enough, so in genearl, this is a good choice compared to the price.

General wasn't as bad as I expected (after reading all the comments). Room was clean with a good view (I was on the 30th floor). The only pain is the overhead bridge that is still under construction. Otherwise, it would be a breeze to walk to the MTR.
