great interioir but small rooms
8
i enjoyed my stay very much because the hotel was well furnished to my expectations. the room charge per was worth it considering the furnishing, security and good service that the hotel gave. the staff could converse in good english which made communication a whole lot easier. the daily room service by the chamber maids did a good job too. the location however isnt really good as there the nearest mtr is quite a distance away.

Pleasant surprise, good value
Proximity to Causeway Bay
8.7
we found the hotel thru the agoda website. booked 6 weeks before arrival and had a good discount. the main deciding factor was the foc intertnet access (cable & wireless). the room was a little crammed but the space was well utilised. reception staff were friendly and we were allocated double bed, non-smoking and hi-floor (all that we had requested for - thank you.

Comfortable Hotel with decent prices...
6.3
this hotel is located on a side street in the causeway bay area, quiet location but close to the hustle and bustle. it is a 5-7 minute walk to times square, many restaurants, many other high end and regular shopping malls or stores.
the room was clean and comfortable; a bit on the small side but not much more is expected since most hong kong rooms are small. the price was decent for what you get. the in-house restaurant serves good dimsum, although it is on the expensive side. also no late night snacking, no room service and nearby restaurants close at regular hours.
Travel tip:
If you are traveling with young children or babies that need a stroller or buggy, I warn you that there are very high overpasses with many stairs for pedestrians to cross the roads to get to the busier, poplular areas in Causeway Bay. Make sure you have an extra hand for someone to carry the stroller/buggy while you help your child with the stairs.

Need to remodel and get cleaned
Price but not worth the headache

I book this hotel for my boss who stayed at there a year ago and liked it, but has gone downhill since. He does not ever want to stay there again. He ended up at the hospital for bug bites and complained that his room constantly smelled of smoke. The hotel totally needs to do a renovation!

the room is small
good transportation, very close to the hospital

The room is really a bit small and not much view at all. It takes 10-15 minutes from the MTR station to the hotel. Since the footbridge that in front of the hotel is under construction, you need to walk a little more before you can reach the hotel. However, the hotel is very close to the hospital and just turn the corner, then you can see it.

need to climb an overpass to shopping mall
8.7
the hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable.
the staffs are helpful.
my only complain is the overpass to the causeway bay shopping area (sogo, times square). you have to climb the overpass everytime you want to shop.

Bed linens need to be changed more frequently. Many needed to be replaced due to holes & tears.

Great location and fair size rooms.
Good price, nice size room, great location and free internet.
8.3
I stayed here for four nights. The location was great in CWB. Just between the CWB MTR station and the Tin Hau station. Its centrally located with lots of food choices around it. Check in went smoothly and my room was fine. There is also free internet via wifi. My only complaint is some of the people staying at this hotel are very noisy. People speaking at the top of their lungs. Other than that it was great.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of good choices for quick eats around the hotel. Check out Cafe De Corale, the best french restaurant in HK.
