Hotel is nice with good service
Good service / staff is very helpful
9
i like staying here. eventhough the room size is very small but room is clean enough. staff is very helful and very good service mind.
however, this hotel is quite far from mtr and about 10-15 mins walk. but you can enjoy walking and shopping while you are walking to mtr station where located nearby sogo.
when you want to go back to airport, the hotel also provided shuttle bus service for or you can take free bus to drop at hongkong station to connect to mtr to airport.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a lot of nice restuarant around there .. just few minutes walk such as starbuck where is just around the corner , minimart , xiao long pao (Din Tai Fong) restaurant is just cross the bridge or you can easily walk to Causeway bay .. There are a lot of nice foods around there.

Decently Priced Hotel in Central Location
8
we had a good stay in hong kong at the rosedale on the park hotel. the size of the room is quite spacious when comparing with other hotels within the same price range. very reasonably priced for a hotel with decent amenities in a central location. i would not mind staying here again when travelling to hong kong in the future.

Convenient Location
reasonably sized rooms (junior suite); quiet; convenient
7.7
The hotel is, to be fair, located down a back street and could be difficult to find. Concierge on ground floor with Reception on the first floor. Arriving after the designated check-in time, having booked two junior suites, only one was available and I was asked if I only wanted one room - not really a good approach for a family of five persons. Then I was required to pay a HKD $4000 deposit over and above the money already paid for the rooms.
Hotel clearly caters for the Mainland traveler and reception was crowded and noisy but, eventually when we got the two junior suites, despite one being on the 7/F and the other on the 12/F, again a little inconvenient, the rooms were okay and, for Hong Kong, could hardly be described as small.
Fun and games with the lifts because the key card needs inserting and removing slowly to activate the lift buttons so there were more than a few residents traveling up and down the lifts because they couldn't get the desired floor button to operate and it sometimes took a while to be able to get a lift - yes, they are slow.
Other than that, the staff were polite, the valet parking at HKD $50/hour a bit steep but then again it is Hong Kong.
Overall, I thought the hotel provided value for money, just was a tad disappointed with the check-in procedure (lack of two rooms initially) with an immediate offer to upgrade for payment. Was even told, when I complained about the lack of two rooms, that I had already been upgraded - not true. That said, have stayed in much worse places for more money so minor complaints only.
Shopping Tip:
The main Causeway Bay shopping area is only just across the main road over a footbridge spanning the trams tracks. The trams run to Central and Western and, to be fair, for HKD $2.30, you can travel just about anywhere.

Clean, tidy but small rooms
6
we had a good stay in rosedale on the park hotel. firstly, the hotel is clean with simple & nice room deco. situated at a convenient area within walking distance to shopping streets. however, you may not able to find the hotel if you ever thought of looking for it by yourself. you need some one local there to get you there. it's hidden at a back lane which is not visible from the main street. rooms are rather small & would suggest that the tv's to be upgraded.
overall, the area of the hotel is the only advantage which you would want to consider on.
Shopping Tip:
Get to Time Square as you'll be able to shop for any branded goods you would look for

It's easier to find the hotel than I thought. G/F was a bit small. So was the lobby, though I was fortunate enough to arrive at non-peak hour. The room was smaller than I expected, though it's equipped with the essentials. We had room service for dinner. Exceptionally good Chinese food. Dining in would be even more wonderful, I can imagine.

its comfy, its great, room has view. not too many mainlanders stay in this hotel, which is great.
Travel tip:
room service was not 24hrs. we were hungry at 12am, we had no choice but to go outside of the hotel to grab a bite.
