Great Service and nice hotel
Location is convenient and wifi works great.

the location for this hotel is great as it is close to sogo and there are a lot of restaurant around the area. walk to mtr was about 5-10 minutes.

great stay especially i am on business... the free internet is really a selling point which saves a lot of hassles. i was upgraded to a suite room and the reception girls were just fantastic and friendly. the conciage, too were helpful to find me taxi to my meeting... i will return to stay there again...

Very glad to choose this hotel. I stay here with my wife and daughter. The location is also perfect ( only 10 minutes walks to time square ). The staff was very helpfull.

Great location with quiet room and comfy beds. Only 5-10 mins walk to Causeway Bay for shopping, food and subway. Less than 5 mins walk to nearest bus stop.

it is a good location that really near causeway bay, the flat is little bit small but it is ok for my family. and the breakfast is quite yummy, next time i will live here again

We were given 2 rooms opposite corridor, next day requested rooms with interconnecting door. The change was done efficiently,told to pack our luggage so move could be done while we were away. Great service. Heaps to see and places to eat on the way to the nearest train station, though one has to use the overhead bridge. Hotel not on main road, use google map to get a sense of the direction.Bus to airport within walking distance if you have suitcase with wheels. Ask concierge for direction.Did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.
Shopping Tip:
The money change at Irwing Street (closest to the Overhead bridge near hotel) is worth a mention, good rate and good service, Must go to SOGO basement to see the food they offer.

very nice hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile.
we chose this hotel because it was the only one within the price range that had a bath tub. all the other hotels had only a shower.
we were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms have a good size, not too big but not too small.
the hotel is located half way between two underground stations. to walk to either of them it takes about 7 min. close to the hotel there is a tram stop and various bus stops which makes it easy to travel around hong kong.
all in all the hotel offers a good value for money and i would recommend it to anyone looking to visit hong kong.

It's not exactly the closest hotel to MRT Station but if you dont mind travelling using 'Ding Ding' - HK Tram - then this is the hotel for you. The station is right in front of the station.
Like the place a lot! :)
