Rosedale On The Park Hotel

Did not expect the hotel was located at a back lane. It was not easy to find as the free shuttle drop us in front of McDonalds at the main road.

I like the location of this hotel. it was very convenience to go shopping area. the room is too small. and the elevator is very slow too. one morning, I left my room at about 10:00, I had to wait for 15 minutes for the elevator. but overall, I will choose the same hotel next time. the price is reasonable and the room is clean, the service is good and the staffs were very friendly. I will give it 80% mark and I will suggest to my friends and family to stay in this hotel in the future.

quieter location in causeway back, reasonable rates

room smells of cigratted for a non smoking floor - had to call housekeeping to refresh room.
concierge was very helpful though.

Very convenient, close to all public transportation, I.e. Buses, trams and MTR. A lot of restaurants serving different cuisins nearby in walking distance. Hotel staff is helpful and efficient. Although the room is small, it provides everything we need. The free Internet is definitely the maim reason for us to come back to stay.

most of the time we are taking cabs, and there is quite a number of cabs waiting outside the hotel even though it is not located at main road.

Hotel is not too far from shopping area and MTR with a few minute of walking. Also easy of transportation from airport by airport express with shuttle bus. Location of hotel is not in the main street so it might be difficult for the people who visit at first time. Room is quite small so it is OK for 1 person in the room and size of bed is quite small for the big people. 2 people in one room might be too tight to stay due to no more free space. Fast of check in and out is suitable for business people who does not spend time more on the hotel. Lobby is very small.

Arrived at the hotel around 12 but was told room was not ready. The receptionist was kind to ask me to come back at 2.
Back at 2 but once again same thing happened. Out of expectation, I was given an upgrade within 5 minutes which I think it's a nice gesture.
Location is very neat for traveler as it is very close to Causeway Bay, a place you wanna be in Hong Kong for shopping and good food.
