We checked in at 12pm and got the room immediately with a good city view. as we were travelling with our 1 year old daughter, we had asked for a microwave and they happily agreed. Location is good and most of the taxi drivers knew the hotel. Very close to Sogo department store and times square. Getting a taxi was a little difficult in the evening but if you walk towards time square you can get one. Room is a bit small and felt congested as we were staying for 4 days. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.House keeping was really good and they assisted us every time we wanted anything.

7~8 mins walk to Causeway MTR station use EXit E is easy access to hotel. There is 24 Hours supermarket "WELLCOME" near Exit E that can buy all the necessary things bf heading back to hotel. Nice local food around Jardine Crescent. Clean room but no sound proof.

I stayed there with my family. It is conveniently located at the heart of Causeway Bay. It's just minutes away from the MTR station, shopping areas and local restaurants. Free wifi internet was fast. Staff was accommodating. We will stay in Rosedale again the next time we visit Hong Kong.

This hotel is walking distance from Causeway Bay's busy shops and restaurants. It was a great value!
Shopping Tip:
Very nice staff. Restaurants were expensive but didn't need to eat in the hotel as there were many great places within walking distance.

When I am check in , I got problem with my booking. But the manager of this hotel very nice, he gave the good solution. After that the manager gave us free uprade our room to suite n also a bottle wine. Thank you. We apriciate about that.
Travel tip:
Just use the bridge in front of hotel and then we only walking about 10 minutes to mtr station. Easy to find a food, near sogo, n some of malls.

Very good in service not only the check-in counter but also the maid. We feel about the warm take care from the hotel cause they prepare the heater in the room. The room is very clean.
