Excellent service, spacious rooms within stunning atrium style interior, well positioned for walking to shops, harbour ferry bus and rail terminals
Pricing of food and drink within the hotel is expensive - there is not a lot of incentive to eat or drink in
We were well teated at the hotelwith courteous and attentive service - nothing is too much trouble - the rooms are spacious and very well appointed

accessible to 7-eleven, money changers, mcdonald's, shopping area, mtr station (east TST station), taxi
far from LKF (almost 100 HKD if you take a cab)
Royal Garden Hotel is my favourite hotel to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong. If my intention of being in Hong Kong is to go shopping, RGHK would be my choice. It's also quite near the HK-China Ferry Terminal so if you want to go to Macau, it's easy. I like the fact that charlie Brown Cafe is just across the street and you only have to cross the road to see the Symphony of Lights.
Restaurant Tip : Charlie Brown Cafe across the street. Don't miss the experience!

Spacious, clean rooms; professional yet helpful, friendly staff; excellent cuisine; good location
This was my first stay at the Royal Garden Hotel and it won't be my last. Room accommodations, food, and the professional yet friendly staff made my HK visit a memorable one.
Shopping Tip : Easily accessible to shopping centers; lots of excellent restaurants in the area

Location is great, nice room, very clean.
Extra hidden charges for pool and gym, food and drink very expensive.
Overall the hotel was ideally located and the room was nice, although nothing special. Major downside was (unknown to us when we booked) was the $20 USD charge per person each time you wanted to use the pool. I've never stayed in a 4/5 star hotel that charges a couple $40 USD to sit by the pool. There is nothing when you check in to suggest these charges and my husband and I refused to pay them (there were also additional charges for the gym). While not going to the pool didn't ruin our holiday, other should be aware of these outrageous charges and beware when booking. We will not be going back to this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Don't eat in the hotel - there are a ton of better, cheaper restaurants nearby.

very nice hotel with big rooms and a good location.
The use of the swimming pool was not included in the stay and was very expensive (160 HK dollars per person). The staff gave my room number to another guest who asked for it, which lead to an unpleasant surprise.
The architecture of the hotel is impressive, with james-bond-like elevators that overlook the restaurant and interior fish ponds. Haven't tried the restaurants, but the offer seemed very interesting, with visiting chefs for example. The location is a little bit off centered, but you can reach the star ferry with a 15 minute walk along the seaside promenade - nice. The staff is friendly, fruit basket in the room, very clean facilities. The swimming pool is very impressive: 25 meters long + overlooking the harbour. Great time.
Restaurant Tip : Hutong Restaurant, at the 28th floor on 1, Peking Road. Great decoration, great view, great food /great prices too.

We were travelling from NZ on business. Was a lovely quiet central hotel to shops and metro. Polite friendly staff. Would stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you are expecting the pool to be a part of your booking it may be extra. Ask if it includes use of the Sky Club.

Very good situation. Very clean and welcoming. Correct service
Any extra very expensive, and breakfast.
The hotel service is friendly and correct, but not extraordinary. There is quite a difference, given the location of the hotel rooms that overlook the bay and towards those that do not. The location is very good in my opinion, without the strain of other parts of Kwoloon. The worst thing is the price of extras like habiaciones service, swimming pool etc.. In general it is a hotel that can be recommended. The price also recruited through internet is very reasonable.
