The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers is an excellent hotel for those planning on going to, or coming from, Macau through ferry as the ferry terminal is just adjacent. The hotel staff are efficient during check-in and check-out. The temperature lobby, however, is not comfortable, since the doorway always opens and closes as many pass through it going to the hotel wing and on to Canton Road. The room was roomy, and has all the amenities one would need. Specifically, the hotel left an outlet adapter for its clients use inside the room - very handy. My reservation did not include a breakfast, but there are many restaurants to choose from on the adjacent hotel. Stepping out of the hotel will take you to Canton Road. A few minuted of walking will take you to Nathan Road, as well as the nearest MTR station which could take you to Mongkok or any other part of Hongkong in a matter of a few minutes. I will be back in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to friends.

I booked a room in the tower wing of the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers. Our room, despite being on a non-smoking floor, reeked of cigarette smoke. Despite that, the room was very roomy. There was an outlet adapter you can use for free (as long as you leave it inside the room) available inside the room. The hotel is just beside the ferry terminal to Macau, which is very convenient for those who plan to go to Macau as well. Additionally, the hotel is just a few minutes walk away from my favorite electronics shop in Haiphong Road, and also from Nathan Road. Our booking did not include breakfast, but there are a lot of restaurants to choose from on the adjacent hotel. I would definitely be back!

I always stay at this hotel because of its convinence to the subway station, they have recently just renovated the wing towers and I got a free upgrade this time again to a better room (last time I got a free upgrade to a suite). Also they are very helpful with storing luggage, helping you to get a cab, telling the cab driver where to go and the concerige is very good with places, they can tell you where to go with a map easily. They speak English really well, even the maid is really good with English. When I need to go to Macau and come back, this is the place to stay because it's so convenient, the boats are just right under the tower which you can get to directly from the hotel's elevator. The only thing I wish they can do is add more front desk or more people because the waiting time to check-in and out is too long. Everything else is very good, I have no other negative things to say about this place. I will stay there again next time I go to HK again; shopping and food is definitely convenient around there.

Usually I always get a free upgrade, clean, convenient to the subway station. A lot of eating places around the hotel, famous shopping mall Harbor City right next door, easy access to Macau by turbojet right underneath the hotel.

Waiting to check-in area is usually a long line.

• Shopping Tip : If you dont want to buy expensive stuff, there's streets around TST that you should walk around, especially the street towards Citibank across from the subway, those have little boutiques with good prices, no bargain though because it is already cheap.
