The rooms are big and the hotel is well run. The staff is friendly and helpful. However the hotel is not near Kowloon or central HK. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to TST which is convenient and this service is frequent enough. There are even trips to the Ferry terminal and Mongkok.

good clearing by housekeeping, and very good service for all information. Shopping is easy to get. The transport is easy to get anywhere. Everything is perfect.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They have a very clean swimming-pool, and they have a very nice gym-room. The STAFF/crew are very helpful and kind.

Great hotel and good rooms

Hotel was great and staff very helpful. Close proximity to the MTR and the Malls were good as well. Slightly further away from the centre of town and took us about 30 minutes to get to Central/Hong Kong by train. That wasn't too much of a problem though.
Was good to have lots of food around in this area.

No wi-fi in the room is a disappointment. Room size is decent. Good facility like gym, pool so make sure you bring along your sporting gears. Distance to city is a bit far but is linked by MTR. Next to a big shopping mall with brand names like H&M, Gucci etc. Staff are friendly. Should venture out and try nearby local coffee shops for breakfast and lunch.

This hotel provides value for money. It has nicely appointed rooms which are spacious. The hotel interior looks new, so I presume renovations were done not long ago. It is just a few minutes walk from a big shopping mall - New Town Plaza which also has an MTR station. Commuting by public transport is convenient,not just with the MTR but also with the bus terminal at the same spot as the mall. My only gripe is that the hotel is a little far away from the Mongkok and Tsim Tsa Tsui districts.

Good shopping area, but is not compared with TST. But the price is reasonable , it just only be 20 mins to mongkok , so still ok.zara and famous brand still can find in there. But food is not famous a lot in this area.
