really close to 4 malls with different shopping style. one with high class and the rest are suited with all our needs. there are two big grocery stores with lots of imported stuff that we can buy. countless choice of foods with different classes ranging from food court to high class dining. so when you are staying here, no need to worry about food and groceries. its all nearly under one roof.
Shopping Tip:
once you are in this hotel, everything you need is just round the corner. shopping, grocery, every multi cultural dining are available. just ask the hotel front desk for advice on shopping or dining, they will gladly help you.

This was an awesome hotel to stay in. Spacious room and bathroom, quality and friendly service, very professional staff. It's everything you'd expect from a five-star hotel.
The bed was comfortable, internet was fast and the stay was hassle-free.
The adjoining Newtown malls should satisfy the needs of shoppers who do not have time to zip across town. There's an excellent selection of stores in the three malls joining this hotel, and there's bound to be something that will suit your fancy.

have good view of riverside, close to a shopping mall (shatin plaza, new city plaza..), convenience in logistic (Tax, MTR, bus stop...), full of options of food (thailand, shanghai,japanese...)..but price is bit higher than expected.

Park Royal is conveniently located at Shatin. It is just a stone throw away from the Shatin Rail station. Nearby the Hotel, there are many local food outlets. And next to the Hotel is a very big shopping plaza. The Hotel is nice and clean, the room is also spacious. It is definitely value for money.

the hotel locats in shatin, which is a big shopping mall with railway station. if you go for shopping and eating different kind of food, you can find it all nearby. however, the hotel is small with small beds and worn out washroom. you can obtain sth. better with this pricing in else where in hk or kowloon. anyway, it is not good for a family to stay with.

it's easy to go to this hotel and shopping malls around. The price is quite reasonable as good service and tiny room. I think it will always be my first choice.

Location of hotel is great for sightseeing and shopping. It is located in less congested area of Shatin, a bit far from busy and noisy downtown
