Great location with great service
Very helpful staff, very easy to do shopping around.

Overall is a very pleasant staying experience. The only con that we found was that the swimming pool attendants were not very friendly at all. They should be trained on how to greet and help guests.

Convenient hotel but improvement needed

This hotel is located at the heart of Shatin, some shopping malls nearby. The bus stops and MTR stations just around the corner, so it is easy to go anywhere in HK.
There are rooms for improvement:
1) A rusted & silted toilet
2) A dirty sofa
3) "Flooding" found in bath tube
4) Smelly bed
5) Pay for "Wifi" connection
6) unfriendly staff
7) Noisy room (caused by the next door mechanic room)

The transportation is good with railway station nearby and there is a big shopping center and move theatre
There is also a lot of good restaurant. I truly recommend this hotel to local people as well as travellers

We came back to stay at this hotel within the same month, as the price is affordable and the transportation is very convenient. A lot of restaurants are around for choices.

Good sized room with lcd tv and clock radio with ipod/iphone connection. Clean and big toilets. We got a free upgrade. The location is nice. Near Snoopy world so its great for the kids. It's beside a mall with MTR connection. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Shatin Bus terminal near the hotel. Helpful staffs. The only downside is the access to the elevators, its not stroller/wheelchair friendly. No ramp. They should renovate the stairs to the elevator and add a ramp.

The first time to stay in Royal Park Hotel. I and my wife stayed for 4 nights and the room rate was reasonable from Agoda. We stayed on the 12th floor. The view was nice, with some greens and mountains. I requested a double bed and they provided us a King-size bed. The room was so comfortable and clean that we enjoyed to stay and rest for most of the time. The hotel gave us welcome fruits on the first day and also 2 bottles of water everyday. Tea, coffee and electric pot are provided in the room. There are two public PCs with free internet to use in the lobby. I have no complaint for this hotel.

close to shopping centers , buses and shatin mtr station

was upgraded to deluxe room and given a fruit platter. clean room. no free wifi in the room but can us computer with internet access at the lobby. could shop next door and could come back to hotel to rest before continuing with more activities.
