1. staff were very friendly, even down to the chamber ladies. 2. Room is large enough to accommodate 3 pax. 3. Convenient location to airport and shopping centres.

friendly staff, close location to shopping mall & MRT, nothing to complain about.

we were not aware there was a free shuttle to the shopping districts from the hotel lobby, even after 3days there. There should be clear signage for this, & its also a strong asset for the hotel, so why keep quiet about this?

This is a large hotel with big comfortable rooms. There is a swimming pool, 3 restaurants and a bar. The hotel is attached to the New Town Plaza shopping centre. This is a huge shopping centre, so has everything you might need. The metro station is also attached to the shopping centre. It's great for accessing Kowloon and Central as well as going out towards the beaches in the New Territories. I would definitely recommend.

Good stay in Hongkong and Royall Park Hotel

We had a good trip to Hongkong last week. I am happy that we chose Royal Park Hotel for stay. The room was clean, modern and large that my kids could display all of their toys on the floor. It was near to a big shopping mall with many big brand-names and good prices because of promotion campaign. The MTR and bus terminal were nearby. It was quite far from centre of Hong Kong but the metro and bus tickets were cheap and it was good for my kids to practice their map reading skills. The only pity thing was we did not have time to go to surrounding sight-seeings.
