Spacious and clean room

I have requested a late check out at 18:00 as I expected to check in late after 19:00. In fact, I arrived the hotel at about 23:00 but the hotel just allowed me to check out at 14:00. The duration was just 15 hours, which I think is far too low from nominal 20 or above!
Shopping Tip:
A very good shopping mall complex nearby with both high end and affordable stuff.

Good service and spacious room

we had a room on the executive floor, which was spacious. beds were comfortable, service impeccable and breakfast good. the city center is 20 minutes away.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Very convenient forpublic transport, A41 airport bus stops right in front of the hotel (40 minutes travel time). Train station adjacent to hotel.

the hotel service good and clean room. and the hotel location near shopping mall. you can enjoy shopping all the time. and we call housekeeping service, they response quickly. the staff nice and polite. and other area quite and clean. but the tv not receive well, not very clear picture. the hotel location near mtr station walk about 5 minutes. you can easy go anywhere.

Nice hotel, great pool but dining could be improve

The staff here were really friendly and helpul. It was a good location for us as we were visiting family in the New Territories but it wasn't too far (either cab ride or MRT) from all the fun stuff on Hong Kong Island or near TST.
The evening buffet wasn't great at 2+2 cafe (overpriced and the food wasn't that impressive) but breakfast was much better value for money and of decent quality.
I was also surprised that they charged for WiFi access in the rooms - this should surely come as standard??
Travel tip:
The Vietnamese restaurant in 'The Menu' (floor 6 or 7) of the New Town Plaza was really good!! It makes a nice change from dim sum.

great hotel but small bed
nice room size, clean, quiet, smoke free and conveniently located

eventhough it is located in a major shopping center, all shop closed before midnight or earlier and cant get food if late arrival. nice hotel, clean, smoke free and easy to get to by train. free shuttle to tourist district.

Nice hotel with good rooms

Nice and clean hotel. From Hong Kong airport, take bus A41 about forty mins (four to five bus stops) to arrive right in front of hotel. Cost only HKD 23.00.Hotel very near MTR, very convienent to travel to China Shenzhen Luo Hu. From hotel third floor can connect direct to shopping center, easy to get food and others. Hotel price is reasonable for HK standard.

good location plus room with great comfort
close to the mass transit railway

the room is nice, big and clean that impressed me very much. in addition, the hotel is located at the new town centre where we can shop, eat and drink. very good location that is closed to the mass transit railway that can take us to the tourist centre like monkok within 15 minutes. i definitely choose this hotel next time. it makes the money worth.

i always enjoyed my stay at royal park. i love the location and feel at home probably because i am so used to the hotel. easily accessible to supermarket, shopping malls, eateries and train to kowloon etc.
Travel tip:
Must go to the supermarket at the Mall
