The hotel room is good. The staff is very helpful. A bit far from the city centre. It takes more time to go from one place to another. The Royal Park Hotel Hong Kong is certainly a place for tourists who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Right next to the hotel is a big shopping mall. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. There are several tourist spots that you can visit.
The hotel's facilities are very good, e.g. the fitness centre, swimming pool, etc..

The hotel is very nice, next to the shopping mall. Hotel room is great! Value for money. It is also next to the MTR. Trip from Airport to Hotel is easy, you can take a bus ride. Hotel is great, except that to go to town is a bit far. Getting to the hotel is easy, a direct bus ride to the hotel makes it cheap and easy. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel check in service as well as the room service are excellent. Location is great, which is next to the hugh New Town Plaza Mall. This is a new shopping mall and can do all the shopping you need. Excellent hotel to be in!

Great location. Clean and new. Good value. I stayed in this hotel multiple times, and definetly will choose this hotel if I go to Hong Kong again. The room is large, clean and morden. Hotel is connected to shopping malls, subway/train station, movie theater, bus stations. Restaurants, shops, public transportations are all connected with in door walking distance. Even on rainy days, you don't need to bring an umbrella! Many choices of restaurants are all in walking distance. Great hotel!

Clean and new. Easy access to public transportation (train/subway and bus.) Connected to huge shopping area and many restaurants! It is so hard to think of something I don't like about this hotel. The only thing is you do need to pay for web access in the room, but the price is reasonable. This hotel is full of pleasant surprises with its value. The hotel is very morden and clean. I stayed in the standard room with two twin size beds. The room is very roomy. I have been to Hong Kong a few times. All of the hotels (even more expensive ones) I stayed in have very small room. The hotel's location is great. It is connected to multiple shopping malls which full of high end, average and even local stores. There is no need to worry about weather if you just want to shop. The subway/train station is within 10 minutes walking distance (in door walking!!) The staff are very friendly and speak good English.

Interior looks good
Rooms are nice and clean and pleasing to the eye
Staff are helpful and communicate with you in a warm and plasant way I wish the dinning and bar was more competitively priced During my stay in Hong Kong I stayed at Royle Park hotel on two separate occasions. On both occasions I really enjoyed staying there. The facilities are good, the rooms are clean and up to date with no unpleasant odours, the bed was a good size and comfortable, the air con was great because you could leave the room with the air con still on and return later in the day into a cool room. Its equiped with a good bathroom facilities and the widescreen TV was enjoyable to watch in bed. The staff were very helpful from the front desk to the chambermaids. I chose this hotel for its location because it is attached to a shopping arcade and its closeness to the KTR railway station. On my expeiences, I shall be recommending this hotel to my friends and family and I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit hong kong
Restaurant Tip : I would recommend eating in the shopping arcades where there are so many restaurants to choose from where the price is more competitive than the hotel rates.

Staff are helpful and are warm towards you If only this hotel was closer to Kowloon! I stayed here with my brother in a twin room for 1 week. We both felt the room facilities were modern and clean. The beds were comfortable, teh widescreen TV is great the shower was of a good power. The staff from the front desk to the chambermaids were all very helpful and plesant to talk to. Location wise this hotel is attached to a shopping arcade that is attached to another 2 or 3 shopping arcades so it meant carrying shopping back to the hotel room was only a short walk away. Its closeness to bus station and train station meant we were able to go to kowloon and Hong Kong side with ease. The only complaint that we have which really is a silly one, is that this hotel was not close enough to kowloon but this is problaby a very minor critisim.
Restaurant Tip : Try the many restaurants in the shopping arcades where you get more variety and your money goes a little bit further

Great location - easy access to subway/train, bus and taxi. Very clean and morden. Friendly staff. This hotel definetly has its money worth. The price is so reasonable and the hotel offers so much. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which connects to a few more different shopping malls. The malls have all kinds of shops and restaurants. The subway/train station and main bus station is less than 10 minutes walking.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can take A41 bus from the airport to the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and only costs HK$22 per person. This bus has area for luggage and only two stops between the airport and the hotel. The hotel shuttle is HK $140 per person. If you hate hassle, the taxi will cost approximatley HK $260 which can hold up to four people.

Great location from the Hong Kong International Airport; Close to the main rail station and bus terminals in Hong Kong; Comfortable environment and less crowded than other hotels in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island; and friendly staff members. I wish the staff members had told me during the check-in about the cost of making local phone calls from my room. The overall environment of the hotel and its service are very good. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Check out the huge Taoist temple and the Folk Arts Museum not far from the hotel; both places are within walking distance.

Friendly staff. The location of the Royal Park was perfect for us, close to trains but in a quieter, greener area away from the crowds of Tsim Sha Tsui. We live in the region and come to Hong Kong often for shopping, cultural activities, dining, and hiking, so this beautiful, pristine hotel close to the HK Heritage Museum and Lion Rock Park as well as to shopping, cinema, and restaurants was a real find. We will definitely return.

It had large rooms for HK. Bathtub was great for our toddler. Clean and modern. Great location next to the mall/MTR. Easy for cabs to find. This hotel was much better than we expected. The rooms were bigger than any of the other hotels we've stayed at in HK. We have a toddler and we had plenty of room for him to play and sleep. It had a great location with easy access to parks and playgrounds, shopping and many restaurants, not to mention it's close to the Shatin MTR stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Shopping Tip : Ikea nearby. Toys R Us in the mall. Yata department store, Marks and Spencer, and City Super in the mall as well.

The locals does not seems to know the English name of the hotel The hotel is about 5mins walk from the MRT station and bus interchange. There are large shopping malls nearby and many eating places to choose from. Behind the hotel, there is also a nice park and a river. You can see people exercising there in the morning or evening. Generally, the staff are friendly and offer good advice when asked.

Perfect location easy to access to train station and shopping mall. As mentioned on topic, Royal Park hotel Shatin is very easy to access from train station and airport bus station, just get on A41 bus from Hong Kong airport and you will be there within 45 minutes. And, from there you can easily get access to shopping mall no matter sunny or rainy day, you don't have to go out.
What a perfect hotel for me to stay there, it is no doubt that I will stay there anytime whenever I am going to Hong Kong.
Especially the new decoration looks very good just like a brand new hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There are lots of nice Cantonese restaurants around the hotel, and you can buy any favorite food from supper market near by.

We love the location away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Hong Kong. Wonderful park and view location of Shatin Valley! Hotel staff was kind and courteous, room amenities perfect and comfortable. Very quiet, no doubt we would recommend it to others traveling to Hong Kong! The price was superb for us on this stay which made it an even better overall deal! Nothing but High marks for Hotel and Agoda on this one!
