nice hotel but pricey. the hotel was older but well maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was good - it is nearby to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. breakfast at the hotel was good. i would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

great location. nice night shopping area. near shopping centre and mtr services. very pleasant staff services. has a nice buffet restaurant and a coffee area. will consider staying there again if i will to go to hong kong.

The hotel is located in a very good area for shopping, but we have a very bad experience because we skip one night for the late arrival time to the hotel around 12 o'clock midnight. We got a suite room which located in not smoking area but when we enter the room it smell smoke of cigarette but the bedroom is free from the smell of smoke we complained to the house keeping but they can't do nothing about it with an excuse that they cannot do anything about this and because it was already late so they made temporary action using air freshener which only effective for a short time. The following day we move to other room which is smaller than the previous one we cannot submit our objection because the other bigger room were fully occupied in this new replacement room we also can smell smoke especially in the bathroom then we move again to different floor level (level 17th) which is better than the previous room.
Restaurant Tip:
If you stay here you should try to take a walk around the open market along the street not far from the hotel which is very easy to go around and you taste the grilled duck which very delicious the meat is very soft and tasty this food is available in most restaurant I saw there.

we booked for a delux room thinking that since we have a baby, the room would be slightly more spacious and comfortable than a superior room. when we entered the room, we were not happy with the body odour smell of the room and poor ventilation.
the room was very small, with the cot in the room, it was almost impossible to walk a step with the cot in the room.
after staying there for a night we had to upgrade it to the delux suite, which was much more spacious but at a very high price.
apart from that, the location is great.

2nd time staying in the hotel, room is comfy & spacious- suitable for 3 person. most hotel rooms are small, so this is very value for $$. love to hang out at the pool & jaccuzi- gd place to relax after long day of shopping

Excellent breakfast buffet, didn't try any other amenities. Room is big and comfy. Remember to bring HK power adapters as the room basically only has them except in the bathroom. All staff we had contact with were helpful and efficient.
Hotel is connected to large shopping complex with many restaurants of all types. Also located on Mongkok East MTR stop, but better to walk (10min) the covered walkway to Mongkok MTR stop on Central line. Lots of street markets nearby, good place to change money. More downhome vibe than TST but still nice neighborhood.
There is a free shuttle to Kowloon in-town check-in every 20minutes, but it is unadvertised, ask about it.
Restaurant Tip:
In the adjoining Grand Century Place shopping mall, head to the 5th floor food court for reasonable prices, big portions, lots of options and open pretty late.

The decor in the room is quite old but about right for the price, size of the room and easy access to the MRT. Also relatively many cheap restaurant in the mall near the hotel.

The room was big compare to others hotel in hong kong. The location was great. Its locate above a shopping mall, walking distance to downtown and MRT. The hotel is also clean and comfortable. Definitely a great stay.
