Great location with comfort room
Big room, clean, cold, , complete equipment, MTR, Restaurant and Mall are very close to the hotel.

Great for shoppers

Got upgraded to club room. This was a nice touch! Seems upgrades when booking with Agoda will happen when you stay for one night only. Do not expect this with stays longer than one night. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with high end product. Also very close to the heart of Hong Kong shopping district also. Staff services excellent gave me good directions for ferry connections, places to go with the expected prices. I only wish Agoda would offer prices including breakfast at their listed hotels.
Travel tip:
If you travel to Hong Kong, take time to visit Macau which can be easily traveled to by ferry.

spacious room
we were surprised that the room we stayed is quite spacious (considering it's hk). the location is great, next door with grand century place and mong kok east mtr station.

taking mtr from mong kok east station require mtr hopping. if you don't mind walking, you can reach prince edward station (+/- 20min walk).
u can also reach mong kok area by walking. there's a good yummy waffle stall just in front of gala place. must try!

Was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a deluxe room.
Concierge, Bob was extremely helpful.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will stay again when back to HK.

the receptionist were a bit rushed to the point of being impolite in servicing us...the doorman didn't do their job in opening doors for us...the hotel transportation guy was a bit rude to in explaining the way to point of interests...the room cleaning lady were very polite.

The hotel was huge and had spacious rooms, however the staff was found to be very discourteous and in summary it is not a customer friendly hotel, for example there was no free internet service even in the lobby which most of the good hotels do have. I think that the aim of the hotel management is to earn more and more money without caring if the customer is comfortable or not, another example is that all the power plugs in the room were three pin and they were charging for the adaptar, I haven't experienced this any where in the world.

nice new hotel in shopping mall. 3min to Mtr station, very convenient, also provides free shuttle busses to element and tst. Only bad thing is if you stay at lower floors (8th floor for example) the MTR train noise will occur every 5min.

The room was great with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful.
The Lobby is somewhat crowded and cold/windy in winter with a lounge at the back that does not provide the usually comfort to relax as too many people pass along the hallways. The atmosphere of the 2nd floor restaurant is somewhat like a fast food cafeteria. The fitness center is good with a swimming pool, sauna and steambath. For the price they offered me I would stay here again.
