Great location with nicely furbished rooms!

Excellent location as it is located just next to a shopping mall and the train station. Rooms are clean and spacious, making our stay a memorable one. Would be better if Wifi is provided free of charge.

near to MTR, free airport shutter service direct to hotel, walking distant to street market

This is my 2nd time stay at Royal Plaza Hotel in 2 years. Why back again.... because their Family Room is big & spacious. Idea hotel for family with children. Not many hotel in HKG have Family room like Royal Plaza.
Great location as walking distant to Ladies Street, Fa Yuan Street & Mongkok area with lots of nice foods. Also walking distant to Mongkok & Prince Edward MTR Station.

Lovely hotel though a bit of walk to street shops

good location to shops and mtr station. however, as most shops in the shopping centre closes early, there is a bit of a walk to street food shops which open till late

rooms are big, i like the beds because they are also big. can fit 2 persons though it wasn't the queen beds. room service always on time, if they did not clean your room the whole day, they would leave a message asking if you still want room service. around evening there would be a butler regulating the people going through the lift lobby though, it is annoying. also didn't really enjoyed the location, had to walk quite a distance back here after a whole day of shopping. (from the main red line mtr)still, staff are relatively friendly though their command of english isn't very strong.
Shopping Tip:
if you are planning to visit the awesome hk street markets, there are better hotels than this for convenience.

located near to Mongkok east mtr

generally a pleasant stay at the hotel. located near the mongkok mrt enables us to travel to other places easily. goldfish and ladies street is just 10 minutes away via the overhead bridge. however the check in/out process is too long. it took around 30 minutes and i'm unable to check in until 4pm because the room is not ready.
Shopping Tip:
Generally good for ladies shopping

real nice hotel, connected to the mall and mtr east. love the bathtub and the bath gels. family room really big and sufficient for 5 people. check out was a breeze. my only negative is there is no smoking area inside the hotel you have to stand outside and freeze

the room is big and the hotel is well connected to cinema, shopping mall and mrt - mongkok east. walking distance to ladies street and street market. convenient for shopping and food. the dim sum restaurant in the shopping mall is nice and the price is reasonable.

generally the hotel is worth for money with regards to service, location, room etc. the only drawback is internet service. the hotel only provides charged wifi service at very high rate, contradicting with the info provided by agoda website. i got no problem with that by using data roaming service from my mobile phone. but i receive complaint from my newphews everyday because i don't allow them to use paid wifi or data roaming. nowadays youngsters can't live without internet. such complaint is quit irritating. i don't understand why the hotel can't provide complimentary wifi service since other budget hotel in developing contries like vietnam, thailand etc already do.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try "local restaurant" ie "cha chan ting". There are plenty around Garden Street. Ask hotel staff for location. Do not expect too high for the service rendered. The food and drink is delicious.

The room is big and the location is good. Walking distance to famous walking streets for shopping and dining. Hotel provided snacks which is chargeable. Should buy from outside store, much cheaper. Dim sum restaurant at the plaza is great with reasonable price
Shopping Tip:
Walk to tung choi street. Make sure you bargain for good price

Stunning hotel and great value for money!!!
1) Close to underground acess, 2) not to far from main Kowloon attractions and Hong Kong island, 3) beautiful hotel

An excellent hotel in a decent location resulting in good value for money. Just a shame we could only stay for one night and had to be out early to catch a flight!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go up the Peak and see the Big Buddha coming back with the c
