Great hotel, location and service.
Helpful service, great accomodation and direct mall access to MTR

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also enjoyed the close access to public transport.

A Worthwhile Experience
room upgrade, mall is connected to the hotel, mtr station at the mall!

Although we checked-in right before the busy chinese new year, the hotel gave us everything we needed and much more! We were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor. I love the fact that the mall with an MTR station is connected to the hotel. We also availed of the free shuttle service to TST. Well-trained staff.

Super convenient hotel
Enough space, all traffic, tourist and shopping spots within close proximity

The service was slow when we requested to change room due to noisy AC, it doesn't look like a 5 star hotel in this perspective, it maybe more suitable to be a 4.5 star hotel.
The room has enough space, it's difficult to have enough space in expensive places like HK. it's worth it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Traffic wise, this is super convenient, we are on top of MongKok East station (belonging to East Rail line), we came to this hotel from Shenzhen on a rainy day. There wasn't one drop of rain fell on us from the time we crossed the HK SAR border. I also could access the other 2 MTR underground stations of Prince Edward and MongKok within 10 minutes walk from my room. (Take Mongkok if u want to go to TST or HK Island whereas take Prince Edward if you want to go to Disney)
Don't forget Mongkok itself is already a tourist must-go area, it's just like Shibuya of Tokyo, this hotel is situated at the eastern end of MongKok, which gives tourist easy access everywhere in MK.

Great Location!
Lots of mom n pop stores, easy MTR access

The hotel was a reasonable value since all the other hotels were charging a lot of money for the Chinese New Year time frame.
It was directly connected to the Grand Century Place mall as well as the MTR.
Lots of dining options at the Grand Century as well as out in the streets (for mom and pop restos).
The Flower Market was just behind the hotel.
Direct access from the airport via Airport Express and FREE shuttle bus from Kowloon Station to the hotel.
What else is there to ask for?

spacious, convenient and great service
Central to most things, execellent service and top class staff plus large rooms

It was the busy CNY season and the majority of the guests were from mainland China. We were still impressed with the level of service and attitude during this busy period. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for our family of 5 (10yo,8yo and 9mos baby)...great location with shops and markets plus MTR all around.
Love it, love it..will come and stay again

Location is OK but small rooms

A little disappointed of 5 star hotels,the main hall is not
very crowded.The room is small, in Hong Kong standard only 3 1/2 star,
anyway the services is good, but not so convenient to
MTR Station needs to walk 15 -20 mins. and the hotel
are next to the Century shopping mall also good for shopping
if you're not expect too much. The bed was comfortable.
(Some important about room services, I found out the maid used our washroom not flush so well when We came back have something
there) It was digusting!

location, above mrt east mongkok station, walking distance to night market, fastfoods and restaurants, above a mall

hotel is very nice with a great location. is sits atop a grance century place, a huge mall where everything is available from clothing to restaurants. and below is east mongkok mrt station. we went to all the attractions and sightseeing only by mrt. room is very spacious with complete amenities and appliances such as ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker, lcd tv and lan internet. will definitely come back to this hotel when we travel again to hong kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
As the hotel is very near to an MRT station, it would be wise to make use of the 1 or 3 days tourist MRT pass for HKD 300.00 as everything is accessible by MRT and a little walk.

good location, but avoid the basic room. was upgraded to the executive floor, but the room was small. would be better off to get a bigger room on the regular floor. good connection to subway, and attached to a shopping mall. good buffet breakfast.
