It was a pleasant stays with my family at the hote

I was staying for 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel was very comfortable for me, my wife, and baby. It has a very comfy king bed , and the room also very clean. The shopping malls just down the hall ... with plenty of restaurants available and also some other shops. East mongkok MTR station just about 3 minutes away , and Mongkok station about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Nothing bad. This is a very comfortable hotel. Security is good. I stayed one night. It seams our careless, there was a little gap of our door. Although I was awaken by the phone call at midnight from hotel, it shows that security is doing good. I feel comfortable and I feel safety during the stay in this hotel. Also I left my plug when I left. I got it back later.

The room is so big than my expectation , especially the washroom , design is trendy .
Besides that, the bed is feel so clean and fragrant because every night I can fall sleep very well till next morning.
The hotel security is done well because guest need used the room card touch the lift sensor before function it.
Another thing is when i step in hotel, around is feel fragrant, make me feeling relax time to time.

This is my second time stay with Royal Plaza Hotel.
The quality of the hotel stay about the same as last year.
They are still in remodeling process, you can smell all the new paints.
Swimming pool was closed during my visit also.

Dear Agoda Staff -
Though i have used Agoda Services on many occasions for hotel stays in several countries and for several years, I have had good luck, satisfactory services and most importantly, I was willing to continue using and recommending your services to others.
Unfortunately at this point and due to the last couple of hotel stays while on international trips and utilizing Agoda, I think it's important that your management staff know that the last two times I’ve utilized Agoda services, i have been VERY disappointed with the hotel condition upon arrival.
1. Booking number 27547081 Peninsula Excelsior Hotel Singapore. I did not fill out the response for hotel stays, though I certainly did call and talk with Agoda staff, at that time and from the hotel room. The facility was not at all what your webpage indicated that it would be. The staff was not attentive, helpful and were even mildly rude to some extent. In addition, the room was not modern or updated since being originally built, with a very poor quality bathroom, stained carpets (I had to wear my shoes in the room) and non-operative TV and internet services. Upon calls to the reception (regarding the internet and TV) they literally took over 2 hours to respond. I did make contact with Agoda (it should be on record) and asked for a refund and also to be transferred to another hotel – which I was told could not happen.
2. Booking number 30297065 Royal Plaza Hotel Hong Kong. Though I did not inquire or ask if the hotel was undergoing construction. As a result, we arrived to a 5 star hotel that was undergoing a complete renovation. This is something that I can appreciate and understand must happen. That said, when reserving a 4-5 star hotel reservation I do believe the customer should be notified of such activity prior to spending money that cannot be refunded. What this meant was that there was only one available restaurant, which was excessively loud and dusty, the pool and lounge area was also inope
