Hotel rooms were not ready for us to check into despite the checkout timing having been at least 2 hours prior to our arrival. Friendly hotel staff, helpful concierge staff who spoke relatively fluent English and helped with directions for travelling around the city. Hotel lobby and restaurant seemed to be particularly drafty and was often colder than the outdoor temperatures.

Shuttle to Airport Express from door of hotel

Airport express shuttle bus goes to Kowloon station where discount for couple to airport costs instead of each. As of this date. (shuttle bus to/from hotel to station is free)

the stay was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. No problems getting around town although it's a bit away from MTR and the MTR stations should need renovations as compared to all other MTR stations in Hong Kong. the hotel is located in an average neighbor and it's more colorful. However, it didn't feel unsafe walking around. The shops are more for local people. Selection is not as broad as Central, TST and Causeway Bay.

2 night stay, great 5 star hotel, been there before the hotel is starting to get a little old but the rooms are quite spacious, there are upgrades happening as well.
