Convenient and spacious

I love the room once I got into the room. It is so spacious that can put another queen size bed. The tv program are not limited. You won't go hungry as there's plenty of hong kong delicacies near the hotel. There is a train service at first storey so you can go other places. Overall 5 out of 5 and be back to stay again.

Quite old yet such a great location
Adjacent to East Mongkok MTR Station & a shopping mall

I stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel with friends. My first impression was the setting was quite old but nice. The concierge are polite and helpful enough.
The room was nice but the TV channel was confusing and you have to be careful with. My friends got trapped with paid channel only by watching football match. Luckily I chose not to switch the TV on at all. I never had this experience with other hotels.
The location was great because it's adjacent to a nice little shopping mall (didn't get the name of the mall). All you have to do is step outside from the lobby and you enter the mall. It's convenient to have breakfast since the mall has McDonald's and a nice bakery on the ground floor, very easy to find from the hotel.
Even the East Mongkok MTR Station has a gate inside the mall. Since we traveled by MTR, we felt the hotel was the right choice for us.

we had a great two night stay at the royal plaza hotel. it is located within walking distance to ladies market, goldfish market etc. the mong kok east mtr station is conveniently located at the basement of the hotel. the rooms are reasonably big and clean.
Restaurant Tip:
When you are at Mong Kok, you may want to try the famous egg tart and pungent Toufu.

Clean and big rooms for family of 4. Walking distance to malls, MTR and night markets. Hotel staff are very helpful to give directions and assistance to your needs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the free shuttle service from hotel to tsim sha tsui to save time and money. Plan your route well so that you won't waste much time.

5 star hotel minus the high price tag

it's my second time to stay, and they rewarded me with a free upgrade to an executive floor room. as usual, the hotel's facilities are top notch and it's well appointed. i have no complaints about it. everything you need is within walking distance, and the mall is just below the hotel.
definitely the best value for money hotel in hk. for 3-star prices, you get a 5-star hotel. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is excellent.
Shopping Tip:
The Mongkok shopping district is just downstairs, and the ladies' and goldfish markets are just around the corner.

It was very comfortable, but it was just a bit old furnishing. No doubt it was clean.
Shopping Tip:
Do not have to take MTR to Mongkok from the hotel as it is just walking distance. Taking MTR to mongkok is longer than you walk there.

Good location, big and clean room. The hotel is located in a very busy place, a lot of food shop. the hotel is alos very near to ladies market, Temple street, walking distance. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and kind. I would stay in the hotel again if I go to Hongkong again.

good location. very near to food centre and shopping area. the hotel is adjourned to a shopping mall and mrt. it is also walking distance to temple street, ladies market. the hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable. staff of the hotel are helpful and kind. i would stay in this hotel again if i go to hongkong again.
