Pleasant Stay
It was a breeze going to the hotel via Airport Express and the free shuttle bus service that dropped us right at the entrance.

3 of us stayed in a non-smoking family room (without breakfast or wifi) on the 17th floor and had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.
The family room was very spacious and clean, with a double bed and a single bed. The amenities were sufficient (complimentary bottled water, kettle, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton buds, comb, hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, plenty of towels, bedroom slippers, iron and ironing board, etc) and we had no complaints about the room. The beds were firm and the pillows were very soft. We slept very well each night, in fact, sometimes we didn't want to get up!
Our room was facing the pool and the view was not that fantastic in general. However, my friend got to see a wonderful sunrise when she woke up early during one of the days.
We found the staff friendly and helpful in general, especially on the last day, when the free bus shuttle to Kowloon Station (where we board the Airport Express) came, one of the staff suddenly appeared and helped us with our luggage up the bus without us asking (did not have such luck when we arrived at the hotel with our relatively much lighter luggage bags though).
The not-so-good:
There was no free wifi in the room or the hotel lobby. This was not much of an issue since it was only a 4 day stay, and the airport had free wifi, and there was also a 24-hour free wifi (at multiple locations) by PCCW for foreigners (just follow the instructions to register).
It was a little slow during check-in and check-out. The room was not ready when we reached around 2pm, and we were asked to wait for another hour or so. This was not an issue though; we simply left our luggage at the hotel and cut through the shopping mall next door, cross the overhead bridge and headed for the very heavenly, fresh-out-of-the-oven "polo bao" with butter at Bute Street.
In all, it was a pleasant stay and will definitely be one of my options if I visit Hong K
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The location of the hotel, right next to Mong Kok East Station, was very convenient for visiting the Ten Thousand Buddha. It was also pretty near some of the street markets and the famous Kam Wah Cafe. The walk to Mong Kok Station was quite long (and it could feel especially long after a full day of walking), but there were plenty of things to see and eat along the way.

A decent hotel without any Asian charm.
well connected to public transport. the hotel is right within the real kowloon among thousand of shops.

One must not arrive before 12:00 am at the hotel. If one does one has to wait till 12:00 to get a room. After an 13 hours flight the wait for two hours in the noisy lobby is not a pleasant experience.
Restaurant Tip:
The buffet dinner is quite impressive.

hotel is situated together with grand century shopping centre just a door away to the hotel lobby. stayed there for 5 nights. the only thing that we dont like about the hotel will be their pillow. ther provide super thin goose feather pillows. even stacking 3 pillows together, it will flatten in just a few minutes causing us to lose sleep the few nights that we are there. mongkok mtr is a just a bridge away after walking through the shopping centre. i would say that the location is fantastic with all the famous shopping streets like ladies street just around it. you can get food very easily. there is also shuttle bus to tst every hour so if you are lazy to walk all the way to the mtr, this service will be ideal. hotel chinese provides good dim sum in the morning.

when you go to your room, there is a hotel staff who keeps asking you about the room number. i don't know why they need to do that all the time but i don't feel quite well when i receive the same question always.
the hotel is inside the shopping mall, but there is no useful restaurants and you'd better go out for decent food. but bar/cafe at lobby is quite convenient and comfortable.
as it take a bit too long to mongkok station or prince edwards station, i will not return here to stay again. but if you are a big family, then this might be a good choice since there is an outdoor pool.

Great location, near to, within walking distance to many local market streets, commonly known as 'nv ren jie', 'hua yuan jie', with lots of shopping and makan.
Fantastic service, staffs with face with a smile. Greetings everyone passing by..
Room is hugh, no problem for a family of 2 adults and 2 grown children. request for room with 2 double beds, solve the problem with the need to get 2 rooms.
Shopping Tip:
Always bring a pouch or hand bag with shoulder sling belt so that the handbag can be seen in front of you.
