Lovely hotel
Very comfortable & clean.

i can't complain about this hotel. although, it is a bit far & isolated from city centre. there's also no free wifi. but, everything else was just great. i had the best sleep!

this hotel was such a great find. we normally stay closer to the harbour - but this hotel was perfect! great shopping centre underneath, close to the markets, easy access to via train or cab to all of the sights. will stay here again for sure.

great location with a shopping mall next door.

a hotel with good location and frindly staff.a shopping mall and mtr just nextdoor.easy access to any location with the mtr.i stay there for 3 night without taking a taxi.the family room jus good enough for me travel with a young kid.didn't used much of the facility.cos i spend 1 day in ocean park and 1 day in disneyland.may stay in this hotel again in futute because of it great location.

We stayed only for a day but found the service excellent, the room was clean, spacious, the bathroom good and the breakfast service excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel has an excellent travel service which arranges day trips. A good restaurant for chinese food is the Green Jade.

nice location and big room

the hotel room is big and clean compare to the others hotel in hong kong. good location, close to mrt station with a lot of good food nearby the hotel. also very close to shopping area. the only down thing the room that i stay in did not provide free internet which we had to pay per day which is very expensize.

1. very cozy environment, convnient location and worth for what i have paid for.
cons:
1. the check-in service very slow. this is the 3rd times i have experienced with this slow check-in service.
2. the lobby should have more seats for those stay-in clients while they are waiting for check-in or waitying for someone else.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the good food at "八月居" at 海港城.
