This hotel has spacious clean smoke free room with good size bed. Nicely decorated and quiet. It is centrally located close to the MTR station and train station. Good value.

My second stay at the Royal Plaza and it didn't disappoint. In terms of value for money for Hong Kong I've not stayed at a better hotel. Rooms are a good size, the refreshments are excellent and the staff are friendly and ready to help. Maybe the only issue is the location as it is a good ten minute walk from the MRT but excluding that I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Good hotel, well located near night shopping area
Room size is relatively large and clean. Well mannered staffs and fast response to needs. When request no question asked. Good service.

Hotel location is well centred on top of Mongkok MTR East and shopping centre, and also within walking distance to Mongkok MTR. Convenient for travel to many locations. Local foods are easily available within short walks.

NIce hotel but a bit too crowded

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. U are located right on top of Mong Kok East MTR and Mong Kok MTR is just a short walk away.
However, the hotel is quite crowded at times due to its proximity to the Grand Century Plaza. Walls are a bit thin and u can hear pple on the walkway or running ard.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get the octopus card for travel on the MTR. Worth it.

The Hotel was good but you have to pay for everything you use, I mean Wi-fi, internet, telephone. Also, the breakfast was so expensive.

stayed here with fiancee on first visit to hong kong. hotel is located in a quiet area of kowloon, but easy to get to tsim sha sui and star ferry. hotel runs free shuttle down to main shopping area.
service, and restaurants excellent, rooms clean, beds comfortable, enjoyed our stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the Nan Lian gardens nearby at Diamond Hill ----- Stunning!

hotel was too far from main attractions and a very long way from the airport, however if you use the pick up option and airport train it is a lot more efficient

Shopping Tip:
Be bold to bargain at the night markets. Most of them are willing to accommodate whatever price you are prepared to pay.

A nice hotel, big room, super twin-bed, great discount for early bird. 2 MRT close by, Mongkok east & Prince Edwards West. Connected direct to Grand Century Plaza, lots of shopping at centre or shops at ladies market, Mongkok road, near goldfish market, Garden street, restaurans. Exit level 1 & level 2 at the right hand corner of the hotel cafe can lead u to the shopping centre & Mongkok roads for foods & shoes, clothes shops. Very easy to move around, very centralise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free airport express shuttle bus to Royal Plaza hotel door step if u travel by Airport express train, very fast,easy & save time. Take K5 bus (airport express shuttle bus) to hotel for free.
Buy a group ticket of 3 persons or 4 persons will be entitled for 30-40% dicount for Airport express train tickets, save time & faster, no traffic jam at all!
