hotel was too far from main attractions and a very long way from the airport, however if you use the pick up option and airport train it is a lot more efficient

Great location
walking distance to mong kok markets and mtr station.

very helpful staff and very clean rooms. had an enjoyable stay with my fiancee.
Shopping Tip:
Be bold to bargain at the night markets. Most of them are willing to accommodate whatever price you are prepared to pay.

A nice hotel, big room, super twin-bed, great discount for early bird. 2 MRT close by, Mongkok east & Prince Edwards West. Connected direct to Grand Century Plaza, lots of shopping at centre or shops at ladies market, Mongkok road, near goldfish market, Garden street, restaurans. Exit level 1 & level 2 at the right hand corner of the hotel cafe can lead u to the shopping centre & Mongkok roads for foods & shoes, clothes shops. Very easy to move around, very centralise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free airport express shuttle bus to Royal Plaza hotel door step if u travel by Airport express train, very fast,easy & save time. Take K5 bus (airport express shuttle bus) to hotel for free.
Buy a group ticket of 3 persons or 4 persons will be entitled for 30-40% dicount for Airport express train tickets, save time & faster, no traffic jam at all!

staff was quick to offer assistance for luggage etc and has little gifts to make the kids happy such as balloons and stickers. chinese reataurant offers value for $ for tim sum breakfast!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
wonderful location as it is just next to mongkok east mtr and mongkok biggest shopping mall.

i knew it's a good hotel from agoda.com but i was still surprised when i reach the hotel. the staff are all very friendly and helpful. room is clean and spacious as compared to other hotel in hong kong that i stayed previously. great location as mongkok east mtr station is connected to the hotel with big shopping mall as well. or you can walk to mongkok within 5-10 mins. i enjoy swimming and of course did go for swim during my stay. it has a reasonable size and temperature controlled pool which is just nice for a relax swim. so to me this hotel is just perfect consider the rate i pay and the services i received. will definitely recommend to my friend and i'm for sure will check-in this hotel if i will to visit hong kong again.

good location in the middle of shopping center. comfortable room, we shared 3 persons in one family room comfortably. very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, by the airport express and the free shuttle bus. good connection to MTR although a bit long walk to Mongkok station, but having plenty of food and many others to try and see.

This is a nice hotel, classy look, excellent service. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and in good shape, and the pool is great for relaxing. Even the gym is larger than you find in many hotels. The only possible drawback is location: it's at the northern end of Mongkok, which is not a very interesting area for tourists or first-time visitors. Tsim Sha Tsui or Central is better for tourists although the hotel is right near a subway station so you can get anywhere.

Excellent hotel with great location

Great Hotel to stay at. Room was a good size without being huge but plenty of room for luggage etc for 2.Bathroom very modern & clean.Desk staff and cleaners all very friendly and helpful.Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of options for both English and Asian clientele. Cost was also minimal in a package purchase. Everything was what Agoda had advertised and actually better...it definetly exceeded our expectations.
Shopping Tip:
About 10 mins walk from large street markets stretching over 500 metres with stalls either side.Open for about 11 hours every day ( 11am to 10pm ) with a great atmosphere and plenty of bargains if you negotiate hard.
