"Very good hotel and superior service"

We find the hotel very relaxing and clean. Towels and beddings are very clean. It's a secured place, you can't enter without the key. Very accessible to food and dining, shopping and MTR station. The staffs are accommodating, helpful, informative and always anticipating if we have needs. We will book this hotel again.
Shopping Tip:
Look for shops that gives big discounts.

Tight security where they will ensure you are the hotel guests before you can use their room. We stay there for 6 nights and they clean our room daily without fail. The carpet is a bid smelly and old. Great location as it connected to Mongkok East MTR station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very convinience to go to visit symphony of lights and Arena of Stars at Tsim Sha Tsui using Mongkok East MTR.

the location of the hotel is great as it is near the mtr and connected to a shopping mall. it is also a walking distance away from the woman's street and flower street.
the staff were pretty courtesy and helpful.
this is a hotel that is definielty worth its price.

We like the big rooms and quite close to MongKok, although a bit of walking 15-20min. The MongKok East MTR is within the hotel & shopping centre. Take a station up to Kowloon Tong there is a big shopping centre.

Next MRT station had a very nice and lovely shopping centre call festival Walk - new and spacious with a supermarket where u can buy all items you want?

The hotel is located beside a shopping mall with cinema. It is also beside the TST East station. Although this is not on the main line, it is still within walking distance to Mong Kok Station. It is also located beside the flower market. There are many good food places ard. But you need to explore the small alleys. The main thing I like abt this hotel is the room size. I stayed in shoebox hotel rooms in HK before. I can fully opened my luggage to pack all my shopping in comfortable space. I will definitely stay there again.

This is my second stay in the hotel. I received the kind of service that I expected and more... The rooms are clean and the fixtures at the room and at the bathroom are impressive and branded. Security in the hotel at night was very tight. They have a hotel security at the elevator hallway ensuring only checked-in guests are entering the hotel via the elevators. Another plus during my stay is that the check-in counter was kind enough to upgrade me since I traveled with my wife and there are no more available queen-size bed superior room. Thanks again Royal Plaza Hotel team for ensuring my 2-nights stay at your hotel a wonderful and comfortable one.:-)

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, location wise Royal Plaza is one to be recommended for since it is connected to Grand century mall and just at ground floor of the mall is the KCR stations and underground bridge to MRT station.
