Great location with easy access to subways

good experience. we asked for connecting rooms but it was not available on our first night, however the staff happily changed for us on the next night when the room is available. the rooms are quite big and comfortable, considering it's in hong kong (we expected it to be small).
there is also a shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient.

Like the location & great security features which make you feel safe at all times even if you are staying alone.
Within short walking distance to major shopping streets & eatery.
A bit hassle & tired to walk to the MTR station that take you to Tsim Sha Tsui.

nice room with big bed,nearby with a lot of shops,there is a shopping centre just below,nice dim sum at level 8 of the shopping centre,there is a cinema at the shopping centre and more important the train station and bus terminal was nearby overall it was a great location

Royal Plaza Hotel
service and room are very good

- A bit delay from Check in but overall is OK.
- Room is good and still new.
- Cleaning is OK and on time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Need to guild line for place to travel from Hotel. It will be better,

Front desk are not friendly and hard to talk

Great hotel and service with smile, big rms
Big & clean rooms, great location,free shuttle to airport, adjacent to mall & mtr.

I just love to come back & stay again in this hotel.! Very gooenglish speaking staff, big & vary clean rooms, good place to rest, nice heated swiming pool, adjacent bldg have 5 storey shopping mall and mtr. Where you can go anywhere in hongkong. Cheap and good food in mall and hotel.

Great location for Markets and general shopping

great location in the mong kok area. close to markets and shopping.
the staff are very helpfull and the the hotel very clean.staff at reception speak english well and can guide you in the right direction when venturing out.
Restaurant Tip:
Explore the streets around for restaurants or for a closer meal out of the hotel the shopping center attached has some fine dining on level 8.

we booked a week stay in 19-22 oct which is the trip of this year. the host is kind and had everything well-prepared beforehand. the room is comfortable with large beds and other stuffs. my family had a great time enjoying with the comfortable hotel. great thanks to the hotel for the fantastice trip in hongkong.

Have recommend my friends to stay in Royal Plaza Hotel. They were very happy with the service and find the room quite spacious. This is my second stay in Royal Plaza and will definitely stay in this hotel again.
