Great hotel with great location
Nice hotel room, lots of facilities available..

Hotel located at the hottest area in hong kong (mong kok) and just near to grand century shopping centre, everything just great!!! The only disability is no free wifi available...

It was my first time to visit HK that was not a business trip so i had time to go around with my fiance.. i asked directions a lot from the hotel concierge like where is the nearest H&M store from the hotel, how do we get to the MTR, whats the easiest route back to the airport, how to get to HK Disneyland, etc..
The staff was able to answer all my needs so i was very happy with my stay.
The hotel was clean and in the middle of the Tsim Sha Tsui area so it was not so hard to get around. My expectations for this hotel was met especially since it does not charge a huge amount vs the 5-star hotels in HK.. Off course, service and amenities in these 5-star hotels are much better. i felt that overall, i got what i paid for.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the MTR! it is so easy to change from one train to the next so make sure to get a copy of the MTR map and an Octopus card (for quicker train rides, no need to line up each time).

ive stayed 3 days 2 nites in this hotel,lots of bargains and nite market outside the hotel ,room is spacious and clean ,toilet shower room nice,i recomend this hotel

Room ok but location is not

The MTR station is way too far from this hotel, have to walk about 10 - 15 min. The staffs are not friendly, they don't even smile or greet the customers. They had upgraded our room though which is on the 19th floor but the lift will stop on the 18th floor and you have to walk up to the 19th floor and have to walk quite a distance to the room, which can be quite tiring after a whole day out. Room is not big but is clean and comfy. Anyway, it's near the Ladies market, Fa Yuen market and the Gold Fish market.

i was stayed for 3 nights with family and a baby. its great the hotel was next door with the grand century shopping mall and closed to mongkok east station, for us it was easy to find foods. the hotel lobby is luxury and nice staffs. the room is quite spacious compare to the others hotel in hong kong. the room and bathroom is very clean. its quite a long walk via foodbridge to the mongkok mtr station about 15 minutes so i would choose a taxi because i was travelled with parents and baby,need to carry baby stroller,i was comfortable with taxi than walk to the mongkok mtr going up and down many stairs and a bit escalators. their foods for in room service was taste excellent.
Shopping Tip:
its just a walk to grand century shopping mall, there are many shops from high end to mid end. walk about 10-15 minutes via foodbridge there are tung choi street and sa yeung choi street there was a lot of stands of night markets.

The rate was a bit high for this hotel but the location is just awesome. We had a nice room with a city view and enough room for our 9 and 6 year old. They loved the pool. It was very convenient since it has a mall attached to the hotel which also has the metro/subway line. We would often wander around the city and have dinner at the various restaurants in the mall. The concierge was very helpful in providing information.
Great location and wonderful staff. While we stayed at this hotel, we went to Disneyland, Ocean Park, Ping 360, beach, the outlet mall, and the various streets within walking distance such as, ladies market, fish market, bird market, flower market, etc.

Perfect location within a mall and only a few minutes walk to markets!!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Service was attentive and followed with a smile or both!!! Very accomadating to our little 7 month baby, which made it so much enjoyable. Would recomend this hotel highly ofr families!!!
