superb location at a good deal
central location with MTR stop

This hotel is located within a building with a train station running through it, thus it is extremely convenient for us to commute to anywhere daily. Besides that, we could opt to have our meals in the various restaurants within the complex or at mongkok street which is where this building is located. Furthermore, the rooms are in excellent conditions while the staffs are friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Hong Kong because of its great location, clean rooms, helpful staffs as well as reasonable rates. My hongkie friend recommended this place to me due to the same advantages listed above.

Hotel adjacent to a big shopping mall where you can comfortably shop and dine. Hotel rooms are spacious with a good gym.

Only major concern is there was no free internet service in the room. It cost $40 HKD for 20 minutes; less per minute with an all day plan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free shuttle to Star Ferry area in Kowloon.

Better than expected from pictures in internet. Friendly service, excellent location, easily accessible to whole of HK by MTR. Value for money, spacious rooms.
Shopping Tip:
A must to visit Citigate at Tung Chung. Take MTR at Mongkok East Station, head to Hung Hom to East Tsim Sar Tsui to Tung Chung. Great variety of branded goods at fraction of price. Korean food at the Food Court is cheap and tasty.

Ideal & Accessible hotel with a pleasant interior

Security is good as after a certain time at night, there will be a hotel service staff checking on all guests before they enter the lift lobby.
Its connected to the large shopping mall and the Mongkok East MTR station. You dont have to travel out the streets to even find the hotel. Near to Fa Yuen market, ladies market, flower market etc. Twin room is big and spacious for at least a group of 4.
Nightlife Tip:
Choose a hotel accessible to night markets and food.

From the Airport, take the Airport Express to Kowloon. From there, free airport shuttle bus (K5) to the hotel. The driver was extremely courteous and helpful!
The staffs there were very polite and helpful with and spoke fluent english. Gave us a free upgrade to a Suite for free as they were quite full. Noticed that at night there would be somebody to check if the people going up the lift are hotel guest.
Hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is connected to the MTR. The greatest thing for HK first timers, it has covered pedestrians connecting to main attractions. Found it easy to comprehend the area quickly. In addition, we were there during the Summer sales which could last past midnight and felt safe walking towards the hotel early in the wee mornings.

staff friendly and they try their best to assist in any way they can. rooms are big and spacious unlike some hotels in hongkong which has tiny rooms. conveniently located adjacent to kowloon mtr and shopping complex where you can find decent food and amenities.
