Great location but small rooms

this is my 4th times staying in royal plaza hotel. but this is my 1st time staying in family room. the room is smaller than what i have expect it to be. toilet is quite small. but 1 good point is the hotel provides complimentry shuttle bus to tst but on a first come first serve basis.

The luxurious Royal Plaza Hotel is directly connected to Grand Century Place in Mongkok. It offers an outdoor pool and a free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui and Kowloon Station.
Royal Plaza Hotel is an hour’s drive from Hong Kong International Airport. Nearby attractions include the famous Ladies’ Market and Flower Market, all within one km of the hotel.
The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, they also feature large LCD screen TVs and large windows overlooking the city. Tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar is great feature that many hotel lacks.
I strongly recommend this hotel for travelling couples and family for a unique experience in hongkong

the rooms are really nicely done, the staff is very friendly, convenient location

room service is grate. all rooms are very spacious but the hallway is too long and there is only one area for the elevators so if you travelling with older people or younger children it won't be that convenient. Nonetheless, my family & I enjoy this hotel during our trip in Hong Kong.

Room requested was Family room but got one with Kitchenette which could not be used and it unnecessarily used up the space. Otherwise the toilet could have been bigger.
Bed bugs problem, almost all of us got bitten.

The hotel was clean with the excellent location from Shenzhen. Have free shuttle bus to Tsim Tsai Tshui.
The room was big and nice. We will stay there if we go to hotel again.

Reasonable hotel
The rooms were quite spacious and it was located in the heart of Mongkok

The service staff could have been friendlier. They made me stood outside at the bus-stop to wait for the K5 Airport Express because they said that if the bus-driver sees no one at the stop, he will move off. I requested to wait inside the lobby and asked if the staff could notify if the bus were to arrive but was rejected.
Shopping Tip:
It's located next to Mongkok East MTR and is about a 15 minutes walk from the centrally-linked Mongkok MTR.

hotel is located at mongkok east station. however, there is a bridge to link the hotel all the way to mongkok station. about 10 mins walk to mongkok station. room is big and spacious. there is free shuttle to tst and prince edward mtr.
the shopping mall adjacent to the hotel, grand century, is a good place to shop (with supermarket, fast food, bakery, esprit etc).
however, there are no free wifi/broadband.
