There were some ongoing renovation which were noisy at times but the hotel had provided us with rooms on the highest floor which helped to minimize the disturbance caused. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only thing that it was rather far from the main mtr lines for me but thankfully there was a connecting path to Mongkok station.

The Royal Plaza Hotel was GREAT with no regret!!

Is good experience, value for money. Hotel is connected to Shopping mall, good facilities provided by the hotel. It is accessible to major tourist spot like Ladies Market, Fa Yuen Kai. Hotel did provide shuttle bus service to Tsim Sha Tsui, Element Shopping Centre and Prince Edward Station.

Good experience, My room was upgraded to exicutive floor.
The location of the hotel is great. just next to Mongkok East station within walking distance.
You can walk to the nearby street to try the street food.
Unfortunately, the swimmimg pool is under renovation.

Limited facilities at the hotel. Also much of the shopping complex is still to reopen. Hotel rooms are typical of Hong Kong properties - relatively small but quite comfortable. Two issues we have is first whilst he hotel is supposedly non smoking our first room smelled of cigarettes. Spryaing deodorant into the air conditioner was not going to fix the problem. Our second room was better. Our second issue and one increasingly common is the lack of places to put a suit case. Whatever happened to the luggage stands? Good value hotel with restrictions. Needs to be more diligent about smoky rooms.
