Reasonable hotel in a poor location
The hotel was reasonably self contained and also joined a modern shopping mall

the hotel was reasonable. the air conditioning was basically on or off, it was impossible to actually control the temperature in the rooms. the hotel was clean with a good level of service. staff were polite and attentive. rooms were reasonable in size and fitted out to a good standard.
Shopping Tip:
The shopping mall attached to the hotel offers a wide range of facilities, from designer shops to a food court, restaurants and supermarket.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
great location with mtr and shopping mall connected to hotel

great location, just next to mongkok east railway station, and linked to grand century plaza. walking distance to ladies street, goldfish market, and other night markets... many nice food and street snacks around. rooms are big, with great facilities.

Top Notch, cannot praise it enough
Excellent service and staff, rooms clean spacious and have verything one could want in them. Hotel very convienient for the subway and travel around Hong Kong

Excellent Hotel would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Would definitely stay here again. For value and attention to detail you could not better it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the subway around to places of interest, its not at all frightening and easy to use.

the rooms for this hotel are big and location is definitely the selling points. as this is also an old hotel, we can see that some of the amenities are rather old and the air-con noisy.

Airport Express available to this hotel, Shuttle bus available to TST MRT

The location of the hotel is good. Near to the shopping area and mtr station.
They have tight security as well, nice food available in/near the hotel.. affordable range..
Staff are friendly, however we took quite sometime for check in..as rooms are not available, although it is late in the afternoon..but we managed to get a good room, worth waiting..
