The hotel is very nice with the great location. But there's a weak point for this hotel. They should have been ready since 2.00 PM. I checked in very late about 8.00 PM. But they are not ready. We had to wait for a long time. When they asked me the deposit, I gave them 4000 dollars by credit card. But the receptionist didn't tell me that they're gonna hold this money for 7 days. I didn't know that. Because the previous hotel, they asked me the same thing but after checking out. I can use my money. I couldn't use money for shopping. I went there for shopping. This is a 5 star hotel. But they are not service-minded. It should be only 2 star. I am so disappointed

Very convenient hotel
There is a door on the ground floor that exit to the mall and to East Mongkok MRT.

My wife and I stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel for 7 nights and we enjoyed our stay there.But my wife had a bad memory of the hotel because she left her necklace inside the room when we checked out.We called the hotel after we returned to Manila,and they said they didn't find it.

Good location for commercial complex.
The room is clean and cozy for a family. Nice facilities and swimming pool. Accessible to transportation.

The hotel is nice to stay though a bit expensive due to its location. Its very accessible to MTR and public transportation.
Their service is good and the staffs are accommodating to their guests.

The same old style
Perfect location for those who are in transit to Shenzhen at Mongkok East Station.

Stayed in this hotel for several occasions.
This time I stayed at 13th Floor and was so unlucky to get a noisy neighbour in the middle of the night till the wee morning. Complaint to front desk and nothing has been done. I checked out from the hotel a day earlier than my expected check out date.

The room was nice, large and clean. The hotel was on the best location. There is a train station underground. It is easy for tourists to travel around Hongkong. It's worth to pay and stay there.

Hotel is connected to a shopping Mall with a very nice food area.

This Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable.The Hotel has direct access to the adjacent shopping Mall that includes a very nice range of restaurants on the higher level.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the restaurants on the top floor ofthe adjacent shopping Mall.

Upgraded to a suite, above MTR station or short walk to another, excellent service, close to markets

We arrived early morning so staff had a room ready earlier than normal check in time, facilities were great, room heaps bigger than expected as upgraded to a suite. Close to MTR & bus services, markets close by, staff were very efficient, would definitely stay again. Great pool and gym facilities.
