Great Hotel with an even greater location

Staying at the Royal Plaza was great.
The Royal Plaza hotel is connected to a shopping center with a subway station. The shopping center has a few great restaurants like: Applegreen and Simply Thai. YUM!!
There is also an above ground passageway that makes walking to Ladies Market and the red subway line very simple.
Because of the location, you will love your stay at the Royal Plaza.

Cozy Hotel with great service

i was at royal plaza hotel (hk) to celebrate both my husband and my birthday. the first impression of the hotel was "wow, looks grand!"
there was a long queue to check in but the staff did the check in fast, so the waiting time was alright.
the room is neat, tidy and clean.we are always greeted by staff of the hotel daily. even if we were to wake up late, the staff do leave a note to say that they missed cleaning up our room and if we do need a room make up please contact the operator.
overall, a hotel that i will go back to stay if i were to head back to hongkong.

No regret choosing the hotel

although not a new hotel but it's very well-maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean. friendly customer service at check-in, check-out. it has waiting room for customer near entrance.
good location, linked to shopping mall and mrt station. i am very satisfy with the hotel, will stay there again when i travel hong kong.

Surprisingly big rooms for a hotel in HK.
Great location with 1 MTR station right beside the hotel and another just 10 mins walk away

We are happy with our stay. First, we get a free upgrade to a bigger room as the hotel want to put us beside fellow traveller who is staying in family room, all these without asking. Location is great. You are minutes away from the bustling Mongkok!

firstly the hotel is very convenient as there are free shutter bus from kowloon station, go to k5 and show them your voucher at the booth and they will guide you to which bus you need to board.
please note that the free shutter bus is not stated in the website as this service is provided by airport express not royal plaza hotel. secondly the hotel staff is friendly and helpful they were kind enough to let us check in 1 hour earlier and send our luggage up to our hotel. thirdly the room is big enough for couple.
Shopping Tip:
There is a little walk around 15 min to walk to ladies street at mongkok station, please note that the place will seriously overcharge tourist so i would recommend you to shop at New world city where you can find most of the same item without begin overcharged, location is at mongkok station exit D2 ,you can see the shopping mall right after you come out.
Final note the nearest subway to the hotel is mongkok east NOT mongkok station,there is a difference.

Will stay again for my next travel to hong kong and a really convenience place for taking MRT. Good service and room clean and good environment if go for honeymoon I will fully recommend for taking royal plaza hotel.just one thing please improve for wifi service if can supply room wifi that will be perfect currently if want use wifi have to go lobby.the rest everything alright

Very good location, shopping mall just downstairs of the hotel. Bed very comfortable. If compare other Hong Kong hotel, Royal Plaza is have more specious. This is my 1st time, 2nd trip to hongkong. Will book again this hotel for my next trip.
LRT is just inside the hotel, so no need worry raining/hot weather.

good room size for family travelling

Great location, with a big mall beside. Would love to venture out, however quite challenging having to manoeuvre two strollers on the streets of Hong Kong. Thus, settled all meals in mall with many restarants choices.
