Great service and yummy food!
Club Lounge breakfasts & afternoon tea/supper food & refreshments were delicious and varied and service staff were polite and unobtrusive.

Rooms are large (by Hong Kong standards) and very comfortable. Service staff were professional and courteous.
Food at the hotel buffet was of an excellent standard and freshness. The swimming pool was lovely - the water was an ideal temperature and the pool staff were attentive and friendly. Overall our stayy at the hotel was a great experience.

the hotel is located at mong kok, a great shopping area. besides, it's easier to look for food and it's cheaper. we walked to mong kok to take mtr although there is a nearest station in the next building.
the staff are very helpful. they showed us map and gave clear guidance to all destinations. they are walking map.
most importantly, there is free shuttle bus take us from airport express station (kowloon) to hotel. alternatively, hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to tsim tsai jui. it is very convenient.
Restaurant Tip:
A must try food - the home-made dumpling rice sold at the food court in Grand Century place. It's really nice.

It was cold and the hotel was cold both in the rooms and open areas. It was necessary to wear a sweater or shiver !
Rooms very nice, location great, right on MTR and mall with street markets close by.
Food was expensive and not very special, we ate out in the mall or at nearby restaurents. A 5 minute walk found a new place to eat on a daily basis.
Not a 5 star hotel in our view but a good 3 or near miss for a 4 star

Hotel with Good service and location

We have 3 night in royal plaza hotel with families and kids. Found this hotel with great location. Very easy access to MRT and all the restaurants around. Some are walking distance to places like ladies night market and hong kong restaurant. This hotel provide good services and security too. They checked our room number whenever we go up to our hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel room need to be renovated to get the new fresh look as some of the wall painting looks old.

hotel well located near colourful local markets and within a modern shopping mall. close to mtr for easy access to hk island. i stayed in executive room and found the facilites excellent: staff were courteous and helpful. lounge facilites of food and ambience were good. the gym was clean with attentive staff. laundry service was fine.
