Nice hotel with all the amenities

Check in/out was very quick and pleasent, we were upgraded at no cost to a family room and our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall which has direct access to the subway system making travel to all points in Hong Kong very convenient. Choosing a room with breakfast included is the best option for this hotel as the Breakfast is well worth the extra cost and the perfect way to start your day in Hong Kong. The sauna/pool was a welcome feature and much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay.

i am happy to stay in royal plaza hotel during my holiday. the service is customer-focused, very efficient especially in check-in and check-out services. the employees are very polite and patience. i am very appreciated. the location is great and easy to access to anywhere.there is a huge shopping centre with food, clothing, shoes, bags shops and supermarkets. if you want a fantastic holiday, royal plaza hotel is the one you have to book.

good location as it is near some street markets and it is connected to a shopping mall.
room size is average for a 5star hotel but the buffet breakfast included compensated for the room size.
staffs were accomodating and even checked us in early without even requesting for it.
housekeeping was efficient in replenishing supplies.
would recommend this hotel to friends should they choose to stay around mongkok area as it is budget friendly for a 5star hotel.

This was our second time to Hong Kong & we were very happy with the cleanliness & spacious room. Staff were more than helpful & friendly. Would stay again
Shopping Tip:
Just a very short walk down the road was the Ladies Markets, a must see. Don't accept first price, usually a quarter to half the price they're asking otherwise you've been had. Happy shopping.

Room was very spacious, been upgraded to family room with one single and one king size bed.

pleasant experience. room was super spacious compared to other hotels in hk but bathroom was a bit too small. internet is on extra cost.. it's located right next to the train station but a bit far away from mtr station, however you don't really need to go too far at its excellent location if it's just for shopping plus it's a foot bridge all the way you walk to mong kok mtr so it's not too bad but need to expect the big crowds on weekends.

Great hotel located right in Grand Century Plaza
right above Mongkok East MTR. next to ladies street

got a free upgrade to Executive Club, though I'm not really sure what special privilege/ benefits i'm entitled. It's located at level 19th which is the highest and you get a pretty good view. Although there's a connecting bridge from the hotel to Mongkok MTR station, it's still take us around 8-10min, which can be pretty tiring if you have been out walking whole day. Nearby there's a Ladies street for ladies to do their cheap shopping. Bathroom is a bit small though but i guess that's the standard in Hongkong
Hotel Feature Tip:
take the free shuttle bus at the airport express terminal. Will drop you right at the hotel. If you are visiting Shenzhen, take the MTR right below the hotel (Mongkok east station)
