Spacious room and convenient to travel about
big rooms and next to shopping mall and mtr

the room is clean and spacious. the bonus is that this hotel is just next to a shopping mall which makes shopping convenient. there is a mtr stop right below the mall and so travelling to other parts of hong kong is easy. i would recommend travellers to stay in this hotel as it is value for money and the hotel amenities are great!

good hotel and location

my friends and i had pleasant stay at the hotel. getting around from the hotel is very easy with subway just right at the foot of the hotel. the staff are nice and professional.
Shopping Tip:
shopping in the mall connecting to the hotel is good enough with all good brands. the street markets are very close but should not waste your time and money there if you are all for good quality.

Located on elevated ground surrounded by good eating establishments, shopping and a cinema gives a head start to a nice short stay. Added with the tight security and comfortable hotel standard makes the stay a perfect holiday.

the safety of the hotel and the politeness of the people.

i'm grateful for the manager or the bell boy in the hotel as they are really helpful and very professional. my little boy lost his backpack while we are checking in while we never notice at all. 2 hours later when i went back in a anxious look they approached me and ask for any assistants. i explain to them and in not more than 15 minutes they had return me the back pack with all my belongings inside. splendid job! and every time before we go back to our room there will be people asking your room number and name to check for secure. amazed for that!
Shopping Tip:
this hotel is just opposite of 'nu ren street', 'tong chai street' where is a shopping heaven. and is just link to bus station and MTR station!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Hotel – luxurious and very clean
Front desk – courteous, helpful and most important can speak English.
Room – spacious, clean and comfortable
Location:
• Is adjacent to MTR Mongkok East Station (proved to be very convenient as MTR is one of the best modes of transportation to go around Hong Kong).
• All my wife’s favourite street markets are conveniently link with sheltered Pedestrian Foot Bridge. Sai Yee Street, Fa Yuen Street, Tung Choi Street, Sai Yeung Choi Street and etc. are just a walking distant.
Price: Value for money
Remarks: Definitely my choice of hotel for my next trip to Hong Kong.

Good location, hotel and service
Good location, near to mrt stations, just above a good shopping mall

our stay was pleasant,without any hassles. the staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. but we met a hitch on the last day - the bathroom was flooded because the toilet was blocked. would like to select the hotel agian upon our next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just take a short walk to Prince Edward mrt station to get to sightseeing points easily. The escalator just at the side of the hotel will bring you to Prince Edward Street.

Nice hotel in a run-down neighbourhood

The room was pretty spacious for HK standard. However, there was no complimentary internet. There was also no wifi available in the rooms. Internet in rooms was available through cables only. Wifi service was available only in the lobby. The gym was pretty well-equipped, using heavy-duty Life Fitness machines. It was pretty quiet most of the time, so we didn't have to wait around for our turn to use the machines and treadmills. The outdoor pool looked pretty cool, too, but there was a big sign saying no photography was allowed!
The hotel location is quite good as there are 3 nearby MTR stations: East Mongkok, Mongkok and Prince Edward. The hotel is connected to Grand Century Place shopping mall through the back door, which is a neighbourhood mall. Don't expect to find big brand names here. East Mongkok MTR station can be found inside the mall itself. Mongkok station is connected to the mall through a covered overhead pedestrian bridge, which takes around 10 mins walk, while to reach Prince Edward station one must walk on the main road along Prince Edward Rd West. There are many night markets within walking distance from the hotel: Yuen Po street bird garden and flower market, goldfish market, Tung Choi street ladies' market, Temple street night market and Jade market.

the room was very clean and well-lit - especially the bathroom. also extremely conveniently located above a shopping centre and right next to mongkok east station.
