Great service, big rooms
Restaurants/buffet/shopping/massage - all under one roof

I had a great time and will definately stay again. It is very close to Tsim Tsa Tsui, all shopping and restaurants. The dinner buffet was absolutely stunning - have not been to a better one. Rooms was really good size and I got a free upgrade as well. Staff was very friendly and smiling. Will definately recommend this hotel to others

Great location with good size room (Superior Room)
close to mtr and shopping - connected to a very large shopping centre

room was definitely non smoking (no smokey smell. the size of the room was good. staff were friendly and helpful. good security with room card required access to lifts up. beds were firm but comfortable. room was clean.
i've stayed in this hotel about 4 times over the last 8 years. they have done some maintenance and although not as modern as other hotels it is still elegant and well kept for its age.
i would stay there again. highly recommended as close to mtr, shopping and has good selection of eateries in the shopping centre and outside around the hotel.

Went there for business and it was a very good experience. Hotel is clean and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated near 2 MTR (Mongkok and MongKok East). There is also a shopping mall attached to the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Was there for 6 days and it was a good experience. Was received by the reception with a smile and greetings, went up to the room and found that it was bigger than we expected. My 17 months ger was running here and there due to the big space. It was near to the mongkok shopping area as there is a link bridge that leads to it. Maybe the hotel can try to renovated the toilet a little bit....

it's a 5 star hotel with great location, great amenities, great service minus the super pricey tag - what else can you ask for? most staff can speak english and are most helpful. the hotel is connected to a mall - grand century mall . it is also connected to a nearby mtr station - so access to hongkong is most convenient. we would highly recommend to our friends and we would definitely stay there again
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Ladies Market and the night market are just 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

5 star hotel minus the pricey tag

the rooms are relatively big for hongkong standard. our 3 day stay with young children had been most comfortable. the beds are big and comfortable. the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. it was so kind of the the concierge to book us in a connecting room with our other companions. the lobby is nice and busy. the hotel is located within a mall so there is a very easy access to shopping, malling and dining . great great hotel! highly recommended! i love this hotel!

This a good hotel to stay when you are in hongkong. Located in mong kok area its quite close to a number of attractions in HK. And the fact that its right on top of MTR station makes it even more convenient to reach any part of HK within few minutes.

Lovely hotel with a great location!

I had booked a superior room and when i checked in, i found out that i was upgraded for free to a family suite. The room is very spacious with microwave and a little kitchen. The room was clean and tidy to my expectation. There was also free english newspaper daily sent to your room in the early morning. Location was great as a Shopping mall and train station is connected to the hotel. During the night, a short walk will bring to their night market. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Shopping Tip:
If the distance to the place is within 2km, then please take a cab as the meter wont jump at all. Any baggage that the taxi driver helped you to carry into the cab will be charged $5 each and each toll gantry that the cab enter, you will be charged another $15 on top of the toll fare. MTR is still a better choice in hongkong... ^_^

apart was never greeted or doors opened by bell boy, previously have stayed here in the past, i think the customer service and relations need a vast improvement for a 4 star hotel,
Nightlife Tip:
Ladys market and fruit
Market very close by and many eateries and hawker stand near mong kok mtr station

Old hotel but Nice & Clean room, Good Location

This was my second time stay at this hotel. Overall it was ok as the room is quite spacious (compare to some other hotels in hk)and clean eventhough the interior looks old. It is located side by side with grand century mall and east mongkok mtr station, so it has an easy access to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Street market, mtr station, shops are within walking distance from the hotel. The price is very good considering that this is a 5 star hotel. So definitely will come back again to this hotel.
