Great location, big rooms!
Convenient location, rooms are big
9
The rooms is relatively big, compared to the rooms other hotels in HK provides. It is link to a shopping centre and there is one MTR line just next to it. If you walk further down, there is another. Lots of food and shopping available down the street, just a short 5 to 10 minutes walk. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel should i visit HK again!

Great Location, great plaza
Exquisite construction, real class. Nice decor throughout the hotel, spacious rooms and nice lobby. Great location, walking distance to street markets. Part of the mall Grand Plaza, an added attraction, nice spread of breakfast, comfortable seating, Happy Hours at the Lobby Bar
9.3
Overall a very nice experience, we liked being in the Hotel, be it the lobby, or the room, Lobby Bar, La Scala etc.,visiting the mall attached to the Hotel was a good experience for shopping and food. Easy access to street market is an added attraction, within 10-15 mins walking distance was very convenient for us to go around, feel the city and shop.

free upgrade to executive suite!!!
9.3
i went hong kong with whole family with two old folk, one teenage and two kids. stay hotel five days with two superior rooms booking. upon checking in, staff told that we will be staying in executive suite. wonderful, spacious!!! hotel location is great. within walking distrance to ladies street. but be careful, you must know the direction back, if you ask the hong kong people for direction, no one knows!! recommend hua yuan jie, better for singaporean shopping. ladies street is quite expensive. can take train locate next to hotel to shenzhen. but nothing to buy!!
Shopping Tip:
cause i'm staying in executive suite, all is excellent!

Tops in efficiency and care
Efficient staff, caring concierges, Executive Floor, Shuttle from Airport Express, Very comfortable suite
9.7
My husband and I arrived on 28 Dec 2010 p.m. on the third leg of a 10-week vacation to New Zealand, which started in Canada, then included a 3-day sejourn in England as well as an additional forced 3-days stranded at Heathrow (we did find a hotel room), then a 7-day stay in Switzerland with family before embarking to HKG. On arrival HKG We had no trouble finding the Shuttle Bus from the Kowloon train station. The journey was swift by the shuttle's competent driver. Upon check-in I requested an upgrade (at a small cost) and was invited to the Executive Floor (19th) to check-in. Once there, we were treated like Royalty with caring efficiency, especially while tracing my lost bag (it was eventually found, left behind at our last stop).
Within minutes of our checking-in to our suite, we received news that my sister had died in Switzerland. I made plans for us to return to Switzerland the next night, shortening our stay from the original 3 nights to 1. Perhaps the most memorable item of our short stay was the care we received from all of the Concierges on the 19th floor, as well as other staff who helped us with our Internet access and making sure that an urgent incoming call from New Zealand was properly received. Sadly, we did not have time to sample the delicacies in the Restaurant, but we did enjoy the Executive Floor Tea Time, bar service and Breakfast. We will definitely return to the Royal Plaza Hotel towards the end of 2011, and will be pleased to thank the staff in person for the difference they made in our time of need.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Executive Suites. If there is a promotion, it is well worth the extra cost (free Wi-Fi is just one of the many treats!)

it was very enjoyable the hotel has a shuttle bus to the main shopping area drop off and pick which is very good. there is a shopping male attached to the male where one can eat, shop and entertain. the hotel customer manager arranged a meeting with me for breakfast to discuss my stay and whether i was satisfied with the hotel service and gave me his business card in case that there is a problem.
Shopping Tip:
best shoping
