A true 5-star hotel
With its convenient location,efficient staff (from the front desk staff, conciege, bellmen, doormen, housekeeping staff to the manager) ,free shuttle bus, airport shuttle,free airport express shuttle buses to the Kowloon Station where airline check-in can be done. All these make you feel like you are so pampered. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities abound.

The room was very comfortable. After a day of shopping, it was nice to have such a spacious room to rest up. Working desk was good. There were several restaurants that serve delicious foods at reasonable price. Also the hotel is next to a huge shopping center. One can get almost anything in the complex . There are many restaurants in the shopping complex.
Travel tip:
Be advised that the hotel is situated on top of the Mong Kok EAST station. It is a 12 minutes walk via pedestrian walkway to the Mong Kok MTR. Don't mix up the two.
The four famous streets for shopping are about 5 minutes from the hotel.

Royal Plaza Hotel is fill with highly train staff from reception to cleaner.Well verse in English and mandrain.The staff at reception is very helpfull to search a connecting rooms for us which she even help to upgrade our room to executive suit without any additional cost in order to fullfill out request.Hotel location is very good which link with shopping center,MTR and night market are within walking distance. highly recommend this hotel for those who like to shop and eat in Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Remember to rent a MTR card (Ba Tong Card)when arrived HK.This card can use in MTR, shopping center and food court.

Good location if you want to be in Mongkok

Large rooms, good location if you plan on spending time shopping in Mongkok, otherwise for the price there are more conveniently located hotels. Price was decent, room was clean, service was ok, nothing bad and nothing great either. Lobby felt like a zoo with lots of people all the time bustling around. Check In and Check Out was ok and I didn't have to wait too long. Staff were friendly and did their job, but they all seemed a bit busy, so I didn't get that "you're a special guest" feeling. Overall, a decent average hotel. Only real con was the breakfast buffet was really bad, overpriced and had a very small selection of food.

Excellent hotel

The room was huge by Hong Kong standards and well appointed with tea making, iron, etc. The hotel is very well managed, runs very smaoothly, problems attanded to immediately. WE took advantage of early booking and seven day stay discount deal, the rate was very attractive for a hotel of this standard. Excellent value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The flower garden market is close by and worth a look. Other markeys are also nearby

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
large room and they have a shoping centre suitate within the hotel, convenient of MTR services

The room is large as for 2 adult with 2 young children and there's plenty of room to move about. The service staff are polite and helpful. There's a shopping mall suitate within the hotel and MTR services is just within reach. Location wise,they are quite ideal, walking distant to the ladies market takes approx 15 minutes. Highly recommended hotel for lesiure travellers and I would defintely go back again.

We were a group of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything was clean.
It was adjacent to a mall so eating out was no problem. Also, there was a mrt station so we had the option of both taxi and train.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

OK but we will not go back

we were pretty disappointed with the hotel but had a great time in HK never the less... it's a shame there are not more affordable choices in Asia with families with more than one child that do not wish to get 2 rooms...
