Good Hotel but business centre is poor.
Great size and great Convenience.

Should have a better deal for Internet connection for weekly charge rather than hourly or daily, should have a basic Black & white priner for business centre use.
other than that a good hotel, will stay there next time again.

location, convenient to everywhere

the hotel is so near to everywhere, right above the MTR. I was with elderly parents, and i was glad that they didn't have to walk too far to go anywhere. the room size are bigger then what i expected of HK hotels. I walked by the gym and saw that it was reasonably sized and well equipped. Service was good for us as we spoke mainly in cantonese and was able to get our requests and questions answered promptly.

i really liked this hotel. we requested interconnecting rooms as we were travelling with our small children and we got them. our rooms were very spacious and had lovely views. the reception staff were pretty unwelcoming but all other staff were great especially those in the breakfast dining room who were very accommodating and understanding of our young children. it seemed like a very well run hotel and we would stay here again. handy free bus service to main shopping district.

this is a very nice hotel which is offered by Agoda which is conveniently located with access to airport shuttles and train stations. The mall which is linked to the hotel has a variety of restaurants for hotel guests to dine in without having to suffer a hole in the pocket. The food in the hotel is a little pricey therefore the importance of having access to food nearby at reasonable prices. Rooms are very tastefully decorated. Impressive hotel that we will recommend to our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza and will definitely stay here again for our next trip to HK. The airport shuttle stop is right at the door step of the hotel. Check in and check out service is efficient. Hotel staff from the front desk to the bell boy are very helpful. Though the MTR station at the hotel is Mongkok East which does not link to Mongkok, we made use of the hotel free shuttle to/from TST during our 3 day stay. Its really convenient for the hotel guest.
We booked a superior room and its spacious than some of kowloon hotel. Overall, its a value for money hotel and we couldn't ask for more!

I booked the Royal Plaza for a single night as I flew from the US and then on to Shanghai. I was with my 12 year-old son. As we were there only one night, we didn't take advantage of many amenities. Location is not as bad as some say; the walk into the Mongkok MTR is pleasant on a covered, elevated walkway. What's more, it's super easy to find decent street or local Chinese fare in the neighborhood. I would possibly stay there again,

Wonton noodles can be found within a 5 minute walk.
