nice place to stay, all necessary things and little bit more. the shopping centre is in the same complex, plus mtr station. few street markets in 5 min walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Light-music show at 8 (or 10?)pm in Avenue of Stars area - must see!

I left my shaver in room(1364) when I check-out(DEC 2), please give me a swift reply and sending me it asap by airmail, however,I have not gotten reply from housekeeping of hotel. please send me the shaver asap, and reply me the result of the situation.
Restaurant Tip:
snack like sandwich is expensive than restaurant.

The rooms in this hotel are way above normal size by Hong Kong standards. They are well appointed with tea making facilities, fridge and iron included. The hotel is located close to trains and shopping malls and markets. It represents great value and we would stay there again. Our Hong Kong friends will recommend it for other visitors also.
Restaurant Tip:
Just next door on the 8th floor of the Grand Century Plaza are 2 excellent Yum Cha restaurants frequentd mainly by the locals. Excellent food at a reasonable price.

its a really really convenient hotel which is connected to the shopping centre and mtr. since travelling in hongkong is accessible by taking mtr, and children with small kids like me, the location really helps alot.

My family and myself enjoy the stay in this hotel. Location may be a little off. But with the bridge linking to all the other shopping centre, it make it very convenience to move around.
The staffs of the hotel is very helpful and they even arrange a guide to show us around the place of interest around the hotel. We enjoy our stay there and will go back to stay in the hotel the next time we visit Hong Kong.
Shopping Tip:
Staying in this Hotel, no worry over shopping, as within the hotel, stand a big shopping centre with 8th floor to walk till you drop. The Bridge is perfect, as you need not worry over getting wet if it rains.

Royal Plaza Mongkok location is great,that is a shopping mall connect to the hotel. The room is big and clean. Everything is fine except the customer service is lousy,not fit to it 5 stars hotel image.

A free airport express shuttle bus brings you fast to your destination. Warm welcome. Good situtaed near shopping mall, restaurants and the MTR, connected to the hotel so that you even don't have to go out when rainy weather. Nice big bright and quiet rooms.
