Very Good hotel
Nice size room, excellent gym and pool, close to MTR

This hotel was great value for money. It was very conveneint to get to the MTR and airport express station. Rooms are large and well equipped. The gym was modern and well equipped and it has a ver nice pool. Ideal hotel for the tourist as it also joins to a shopping mall. Highly recommended

A reasonable good hotel. Shocked to see that there were two water discharge pipe at the bottom of the bathroom. My room did not include the breakfast and I was really shock to learn that the hotel charged RMB170 per guest for breakfast, an exorbitant price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shenzhen is a good place to visit. However, watch out for pickpockets. I almost became a victim in a underground shopping walkway to the MRT station. Luckily I noticed that my wallet moved and I manage to escape. It gave me a frightening, unforgettable and bad experience.

Stayed with my husband and 13-year daughter. We are upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of Mongkok East MTR. And surrounding with shops / supermarket and restaurants.

Great location for food and shopping
Easy access to underground train station, nice restaurants around hotel and shopping is just short walking distance

The first impression that we got was the front office staffs were not friendly, because we saw 2 guests were having dispute with the staffs when we checked in the hotel. The next day, same thing happened at the front office. The attitude and facial expression of the staffs were not so positive.
We were lucky that the staff upgraded our room.
But he was not very helpful when i inquired about the free shuttle bus service time table to the airport express-train station. He insisted that we had to pay for the service, even after I explained to him that it was a free service.
The price of dim sum at the Chinese restaurant was quite reasonable as the restaurant were having a special promotion -- free Chinese tea and waiver of service charge for customers who order food before 10.30am.
But the taste of the food was not as good as we had expected and we were given limited choices.

Overall a good value stay. It was cheaper to book using agoda than through the hotel site (thanks agoda!) Stayed in an executive floor room on the 19th floor. Hotel payed attention to my requests for a non smoking room and being away from the lifts (due to noise disturbance)
The executive lounge was comfortable with a great range of drinks and all day snacks. evening canapes were also plentiful (for those with a light appetite it could be your dinner) would stay here again, especially as the grand century plaza shopping centre is adjacent to hotel and offers great value

Everything is great and what I like most is its close to the big shopping mall and not far from Nathan Road and MTR and great night life around the back streets of Nathan Road like Sai Yeung Choi St or the Lady St.

Royal Plaza Hotel is located near to local eateries. Well connected to a huge shopping mall. Within walking distance to two MTR stations. Excellent location.
Hotel staff are efficient. Most of them speak good english so no problem in communication.
Hotel room is clean and spacious compared to some in downtown. Highly recommended
Restaurant Tip:
The roasted pork at the cafe is perfect. I cannot find such tasty roasted pork in Singapore.

The hotel is placed in a very good area with plenty to do and see.Shopping on you door step, markets around the corner ( lady's market etc) Public transport is walking distance from hotel ,plenty of taxi's also. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is satisfying. I would recommend a stay.

Shop the markets plenty to see ,Dim sum excellent
