It a great location with good size for the rooms, very comfortable with excellent cleanliness.
Staff are always friendly and ready to provide solution to find great food from the surrounding eateries.
The hotel could improvise by providing free Internet from the room or least from the lobby area.
More free shuttle services to other nearby mtr would be excellent.

Hotel is clean and the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Good english speaking, easy to communicate. The hotel is situated near 2 MTR (Mongkok and MongKok East). There is also a shopping mall attached to the hotel.

Great locations but the taxi pick up a bit slow and the hotel service was not really efficient like it should be. The food selection very limited. Spa services was not really up to 5 star hotel standard but overall good hotel to stay.

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel due to its very comfortable and spacious room and the room rate was quite reasonable if compare with others hotel in Hong Kong. Stay in this hotel is very convenient because of its surroundings full of shopping places and easy to get good and delicious food.
Thanks to Agoda and I will stay this hotel again in my next visit to Hong Kong.

We would stay there again, as it is a good hotel in a really central location, staff were all friendly, helpful.
Very clean well run hotel.
Travel tip:
We would recommend this hotel we were very happy there, the price was what you would expect to pay.

We found the hotel the best in service and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. I had the misfortune to have a fall in the bathroom and the staff fell over backwards to arrange and recommend the best in treatment you could find . wonderful!! We will be staying again.
Shopping Tip:
The eating place we recomend would be Ajisen a little japanese place in the shopping area. and a trip out to Sai Kung for a seafood delight was spot on

On arrival I found that I had left my computor bag on the shuttle bus,the Concierge rang the bus company ,they rang the driver who found my bag and returned it to hotel in one hour.I was very gratful and wish to complement the Concierge and all the staff.

The shops attached to the hotel are great value for money

Good option for shopping in Hong Kong

The hotel was fairly good value for money and close to many good areas for shopping including Mongkok and street markets as well as Nathan Road area and Sham Shui Po. The rooms were nice but not spectacular and whilst rated 5 star is probably 4 1/2 star these days. The hotel adjoins a shopping complex and cinema as well as direct access to Mongkok East Station and a flyover walkway several blocks around to Mongkok station as well. It is an ideal area to explore on foot as well as providing relativly easy access back to the airport.
Shopping Tip:
Try the various street markets around the Mongkok area for good bargains including the ladies market which is 2 to 3 blocks from this hotel. For good photographic bargains walk 12 blocks or so up to Apliu Street in Sham Shui Po

kitchenette, two beds, connected to nice shopping mall with good restaurants and outdoor play area, close to markets--bird, flower, ladies, etc., clean, good hot tub and pool

The hotel is great for families, room had kitchenette--microwave, decent size refrigerator. Bit of a hike for families with small children to subway--definitely bring stroller or back-pack.
