The Hotel location is excellent, near to MRT station and a lot of branded outlet/shopping area, we can just spend our days near by the hotel.With the price we pay, we can get a comfortable space to stay, the toilet and room are big enough, not like other hotel in HK. We are happy with this hotel.

Had a good stay at the Royal Plaza. The pool area is fantastic to relax after a day of hard walking and shopping. Good front desk service, efficient and professional.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, was pleasently surprised on the ease of use of the public transport, access to markets are within walking distance as are the flower markets and bird walk. Free shuttle bus from hotel to star ferry terminal proved handy.
Shopping Tip:
markets over in new koowloon not so well advertised but larger than other street markets well worth a visit

Shopping mall and MTR is in inside the HOTEL !!!

When we arrived in hotel, there was no room for us however we ahve informed and confirmed that we are early checkin.. But we have to wait around 1 and half hour to check in how ever they hv upgrade our rom to executive floor.Very good for location as Mongkok MTR is inside the hote and Shopping mall is also inside the hotel. so no needto go outside specially when u hv luggage it is difficult to go to MTR .
Hotel Feature Tip:
must USE sWIMMING POOL it has fantastic view and good swimming pool too

very bad hotel, expensive & lower then 2 stars hot
the location was the only thing about this hotel cause it was next to a shopping mall & metro station.

I decided to stay in this hotel & was expecting a nice room, sadly it was nothing like it... its old & nasty, dont deserve 2 stars even, i dont know how it was ranked 5 star??!
didnt like the hotel & certinely wont stay there if i ever travelled to HK.
it was a waste of moeny to stay there.

Checked into the hotel around 11pm and a speedy one at that. The room given was spacious enough for 3 adults. Beds are nice and comfortable. Staff are really friendly and courteous.
Went to shop and eat around the Mongkok area which is where this hotel is located. You can start shopping when you go down the hotel! They also have shuttle to take you to Elements and Harbour City, where you can shop till you drop.
Plenty of local food around the area. Hong Kong style eateries everywhere, and some open till late, so you will never be hungry!
